I will never set foot in this place again. The sign on the window reads 'walk-ins welcome', so me and my friend decided to walk in for pedicure and manicure at 3:45. A man was sitting on the couch looking at his phone so when we came in he asked what services we wanted. I told him and he directed us to the chair for pedicure and my friend needed to wait for the manicure. He started on my ped and put the cream on my legs and my right foot. The nails had been clipped and he was moving on to the left foot when a woman walked in and when asked if she had an appointment, she said, "yes, I have a 4:00 appointment with you". The man looks at me and says, right in the middle of my ped, "I have to take care of this customer". I was a bit surprised as I was already getting my ped. My friend was still waiting for someone to start her manicure. He leaves and then gets on the phone, I'm assuming to call for help from his other employees. About 10 mins. later, 2 employees arrive and one sits down to take over the ped and the other to start my friend's manicure. The woman, starts on my left foot and all of a sudden, she clips my big toe. She didn't nick the toe, it was clipped right at the bed of the nail. It hurt really bad and bled. She apologized profusely, but that didn't take away from the pain. At this point I wanted to walk out of there, but there was still cream that had been on my legs for 30 mins. I told her not to paint my nails because anything in a fresh cut would hurt. It wasn't relaxing, it was painful and I couldn't wait to get out of there. My friend's manicure was fine and she was happy with it. Then when it came time to pay the bill, I was charged FULL price for my pedicure and asked if I wanted to come back the following day to have them paint my nails. NOPE. I will never go back to that nail salon. EVER.

My sister and I were regulars here for a few years. The staff was always super friendly and Harris always met my expectations. Amy is always super sweet and even sang happy birthday to my sister one year. 10/10 reccomend supporting

I have gone to Nails Advantage numerous times & have received excellent service from Phen & Tammy. However, my recent visit with my daughter was not a pleasant experience for her. The cuticles on her toes were cut too short & she tried to tell Helen that it was hurting her. Then Helen had to leave to give a facial & Amy finished the pedicure. Again, cutting more cuticles which hurt. Lastly, she put old polish on my daughter's toes. She went back to talk to Amy the next day & ask for a refund. She was offered $10. My daughter insisted on a full refund $35. Amy was rude to her, did not even apologize, but finally refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Nails Advantage because of the attitude of the owner, Amy.

Lindsay was very nice but the nails are not good. I wanted coffin shape and some are correct and some are squared off. They are also very thick! There are also lumps in some of them. I'll have to go somewhere to get them fixed. I corrected her a few times during the service that I was not happy and this was not looking good and she tried her best to fix it but I just don't think it was in her skill set.

I came in with my daughter for a gel manicure for myself and polish for my daughter. I got Tammy who was friendly but I'm dissatisfied with my nails. The polish has lumps in it and she got polish on my skin. I thought one of the advantages of gel is that you can clean it up so it doesn't look sloppy. She also filed one of my nails after curing the gel so now I have a bald spot.
My daughter's manicurist was always on her phone texting. She also put the top coat all over my daughter's skin.
Like another review said, this place is not the cleanest. You can see the grime on everything.
Also, no credit cards.
I only went there because a friend recommended it. I'm not sure if this was the right place but I'm not going back

Had a fill here by the owner. Horrible. Didn't even last a week and the gel was coming off my nails. Had a pedicure by MiMi and within a day the corner of my big toe was hurting. I actually had to remove the skin under the corner of my nail myself in order to get relief from the pain. They do not take credit cards. Not going back.

Tried this place on a whim. Absolutely terrible. The color was not what I requested, however Mi Mi did offer to change the polish, but after seeing how awful the actual nails were I just decided to leave. They are thick, uneven and overall an embarrassment. I will be going somewhere else to have them fixed. And $50 for a full set that I have to have redone is just annoying.

Just went for a manicure and pedicure and pedicure and it was AMAZING! I have NEVER been so pampered and felt so cared about ever getting my nails done and I've gone to a LOT of salons in the area. One thing that is so respectful and refreshing is they don't talk to each other in a different language. I have been to other salons that do it and it feels like they are saying stuff about me. HIGHLY recommend!!

I have been a customer for twenty years. The people who work here are very good and they are so friendly. I I have recommended the salon to relatives and friends. Best nail salon in the area.

The service is hit or miss I have now come to see. I got a very simple set put on Saturday evening and the sizes of my nails done match up and on one of my nails the polish is starting to come off. I have had these nails on for less than 48 hours. Yes we were the last customers of the day but that doesn't mean that the service should lack. And to top it off I paid $60 for my full set that is basic and my sister who got a complicated full set on was only $55.

Gel manicure: left with 6 out of 10 cuticles bloody. Sadly I have an important event tomorrow/ but cuticles will be scabs. Pay more for less rushed and more sanitary establishment. They are not gentle and need to take more time.

We love Amy, Mee, Harris & Tammy. Best Nail place in our neighborhood. Excellent work! We always go there. My favorite is Mee because she does perfect work and it stays on for upto 4 weeks without peeling. But of course we always try to go every 2-3 weeks. They even care for grandma Lola and help her in and out of the pedi chair and assist her as she can't walk very well, but lovesto get gel mani & pedi. They even help her walk to get to the waiting car outside.
