Chris took my car as i requested the night before my appointment. He also accommodated a loaner car, as I live more than 40min away from Rocklin. He had tbe car finished on time as offered to stay on Saturday if I was unable to show up before closing. I did show up well before closing to respect his time as well….and my car was ready and washed. It was a Five star experience, in spite of me having to pay more because of my brake and rotor wear. I do not bring my car anywhere other than Rocklin Mercedes. D Quintanilla

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. A huge shoutout to our service tech, Gregg, who truly went above and beyond in assisting us with our Sprinter motorhome.
Gregg’s expertise and dedication were evident as he took the time to thoroughly address all our concerns, ensuring our vehicle was in top-notch condition. He patiently explained each step of the process and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout.
The level of customer service we received was exceptional, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I can’t recommend Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin enough, and if you ever need service, ask for Gregg! He’s a rockstar in the team! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

never buy a car here without reading the contract. they say one thing and do another. When they sell you a car, you are not interesting to them. The relationship is off-putting. I have not met such liars. If, after all, you decided to buy a car from them, I advise you to sign the cancellation of the contract, having previously paid $500. I also advise you to bargain and then check in the contract whether they have included your wishes. be careful know how to let the fog into the eyes

Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin was very professional and straightforward in agreeing to a purchase price that I wanted to pay. Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills had given me hard time accepting my old vehicle and kept at their lot for almost 3 months without closing out the transaction. Additionally, they drove my car for their personal use, putting on 100 miles. They wanted me to sign papers with the added milage.
Total cooks.
Finally, I called the Rocklin dealership and explained the situation. They were fair and accepted my old car.
Manager, Darrin and the salesman were courteous, helpful, and pleasant throughout the process of my purchase of the new GLC 350/AMG package. It took three hours for them to prepare the vehicle and all documents for me to drive out the new vehicle.
Five Stars for Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin.

I have already wasted a WHOLE WORKING day and did around ~50 calls to get confirmation that I can pick up my keys and setup an appoitments with a parts, service and general departments to programm it. They promise to call back but never do. Each call they or just dropped me or I either wait half an hour on the line or they drop the call to voicemail or dropped me endlessly from department to department! This is probably my worst experience as a customer in general.
That's what Mercedes really looks like? Shame.
