This place has turned into a mess since the transfer of ownership. On my second vehicle purchased here and now on my second service visit for this car. I got a timely appointment for a Saturday morning and when I arrived was the only customer there. I waited for 20 minutes while three service employees chatted it up before I finally walked in and asked what was up. Wait - it gets better. When I went to pick up my car I waited ten minutes before someone decided to man the cashier window. Once again there were no other customers there so it should have taken 5 minutes tops right. No. I waited another 20 and went and asked what was up. The young man did own his mistake and said he had brought the wrong vehicle down. Ten more minutes to get my car.All in all this place has lost its vibe with staff turnover, efficiency, etc. As they seem to have bought all the Von Housen dealerships in the area this will probably be my last MBZ as I can only imagine what the sales staff has turned into.

I had an excellent experience with my salesman, Ian. I had inquired online about my interest in the car and the price that I had to offer. Ian was more than helpful in making sure the car was in the best condition with the time I had. The things we didn't have time to sort out, Ian had stayed in contact with me and let me know when we could sort out the situation.

Still waiting on a cap for my roof on a G wagon I bought in May. My gas gauge still doesn't work. I have no clue when I'm going to run out of fuel. Envisions website is garbage and making an online appointment is useless on it. You'd have better service at a Kia dealership or just about anyyyyy car manufacturer.

I have a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin! Not only they sell the best luxury cars in the planet, but also all the staffs I worked with are so friendly and professional. A big shout out to Grace! Grace is very professional, attentive, respectful, and such a sweet lady to work with. She answered all the questions I had and worked and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. At the end of day, Grace made the car buying process easy and smooth. I am a happy customer and definitely will return in the future.

They no longer order parts unless you pay first and they won't take payment over the phone. Sorry, I'm not making the 25 minute drive a second time for you to order my $12 gasket. It's very clear that they don't care about retail parts customers. I'll order online, save money and wait the extra day for my parts.

After ownership change this is no longer a viable place to get your car serviced. I drive here from Sparks, NV because it used to be a great place.I dropped my car off well before the 9:30 appointment for a small, first service. Now I sit here waiting. Estimate runs to 2:00 pm now. The place is overrun, too many appointments booked too close together. Saw at least two folks getting their car and leave before work was even started. I don’t know what their story is, but it does not bode well.Addendum: These "people" inflated all my tires to 44psi (maximum pressure) even through the tires were at the correct recommended pressure when they took it in (38 front, 34 back). Now I am off to wonder what else they screwed up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Over 6 month repair!PLEASE COME BY AND LOOK AT MY CAR ON THE SIDE BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.CAR WAS BROUGHT IN MINT CONDITION NOW LOOK AT IT! Feel free to ask me questions.My car has been sitting here for 6 months! I have had over 5 managers/employees quite the dealer while my car has been there. They have told me parts were in and repairs were done. Each time they have not been. I found out today they dropped my car while it was lifted and never told me there is a HOLE going through the bottom of my car and the front end is smashed! I also found they left parts on my seat and my car door has been open this entire time. They have stained my seats now too and scratched my car. They called me last month to threaten me that this car needs to come off there lot or they will tow it! No one ever called me to tell me about the damage they also refuse to give me a rental car for the last 6 MONTHS! There is zero progress done on my car and now more damage!Highly don't recommend this dealer they will be getting investigated. There is definitely something wrong with this dealer.

Purchased my 2021 Mercedes GLS600Z4,June 25th ,2023.At the time of signing purchase contract,I specificaly told Finance manager Nataly not to add any additional Service Contract or Warranty .We just wanted what ever warranty comes with Vehicle.She agreed to that and still went ahead and added Extended Service contract and warranty for more than $10,000.00.When we came home and saw the payment is highr than what was supposed to be with our Loan amount,we called Nataly and sent her email requesting cancelation of extended service. She confirmed receiving my e-mail and told it may take 2-4 weeks to process. I called 4 weeks later and told by Finance dpartment (TOM) it may take upto 4- 8 weeks. Its nine weeks now and its not done yet. I am paying 7% interest on $ 10,000 . This is redicoulas and bad customer serviceNext, I am calling Mercedez benz directly and file a complaint.

Tis service center becomes worse every time I come here. Last tome it took them over 6 hours to service my new 2021 GLA 250. This time Michael Gallagher told me it will be 2 hours and they don’t have uber/left to take me anywhere. So i thought what the hell. Its only 2 hours. Fail again from MBS !! Its now 11:00 am and i got here at 8 am and I have been sitting here now for 3 hours. They do this every time.

Brought older Benz in for a recall. Took two trips, because they over scheduled their time, had to insist on the second trip. Then, found they broke the passenger side mirror. Came back a third time, and claimed some nonsense about it was ok if it was dangling. Mirror was cracked, along with the plastic. Got home, called and talked to a manager. Brought it back for the fourth time. The good news is that they’re going to replace it. The bad news is that I’ll have to bring it back in a couple of weeks. So, five trips.
