We highly recommend Carl and the team. They provided amazing service throughout the process, explaining what to expect at every step up to and beyond closing. They continue to go above-and-beyond; we recently had a little confusion with the county on a property tax issue and LRG jumped in to give us all the information and contacts we needed to sort it out. When we're ready to finance another property, they will be our first call!Carl and the team were AMAZING from start to finish. This was, by far, the easiest transaction I've had. Clockwork. A VA loan AND a bankruptcy and we STILL closed in less than 21 days. Highly recommended! Documents were easy to upload, electronic signatures were easy to capture. I really can't say enough. All our expectations were exceeded.
