Great customer service. Little touches they do like detailing your vehicle and leaving and thank you note inside really made my day at pick up. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. It’s hard to get loaners but they help you find a ride home and back for pick up to help compensate. They even fixed an issue the Sacramento location told me was normal. Robert is very helpful and Informative. I highly recommend this location. Everyone is friendly and welcoming that I have encountered there.

Bought a used 2023 Range Rover Evoque. We never seen the car in person and made the transaction over the phone and email. Its our 4th Evoque so we know the car and brand and they had it delivered, to us on the Central Coast, CA.There were a few hiccups on delivery of the vehicle, all of which were quickly remediated, also the Sales Mgt team personally calling and offering their apologies.Overall a good experience and a good learning curve for any future 'non physical' purchases from other dealerships.

The people here found my wallet on the side of the road after it being stolen at a gas station while I was tending to my 1.5 year old. I can't express how the kindness of these peopleReaching out to me made me have a little faith In humanity again. Thanks to Dana and her coworker (don't know his name but he's the one who found my wallet and she found me online) I am Definitely considering a Land Rover for my next vehicle! Customer service is soooooo lacking at this business. I bought a 2020 Land Rover, (not from them) took it in just to have their mechanic take a look and was told it needed an oil change, even though the sales receipt from purchase showed that it had recently had one, went ahead and paid $200 for oil change just thinking maybe something was missed from previous service. Go back in for another "fix it" issue and service tech tells me I will need the 45,000 mile tune up soon - over $2000 for this service. I asked for copy of what this entails and took it to my mechanic that I normally use for other vehicles, and she went through list and said I can do all of this for around $650; the oil was the only thing she recommended I do through dealership as they get better discounts on the type of oil Range Rover recommends than she would...awesome!!!Finally getting in to get a recall issue that was sent to me back in May taken care of this after I have been told by whomever answers the phone, "still waiting on parts" but magically when she checks with mechanic or whomever, the parts are in...second time whoever answering phones has told me this...moral of the story, ask to speak to your service tech regarding appointments, and check around for pricing when doing the big tune-ups for sure!!!!

Terrible service, beginning with management. My father and I placed orders for the new Range Rover back in late 2021. I took delivery of mine in Nov 2022 and waited for my fathers who was next in line. Around that time I find out that the dealership changed the color of the vehicle I ordered from WHITE TO GRAY! I was appalled! I asked how that’s possible and they kept throwing the blame around. Then when I asked about solutions, they mentioned we can order you another one (i.e. go to the end of the line.) I waited till the car arrived and it kept getting delayed. We waited another 9 months, even though we were next in line, before the car arrived. Once again, I asked for management for solutions to a problem they created, but they were not willing to work with a returning / loyal customer. They said they could trade it in for a white one with another dealership in 3 months. Meaning, wait longer so we can give you a car that you didn’t order with different options. The manager at the dealership won’t talk to me. He is ducking the situation because he knows that the dealer is in the wrong.Worst service. Worst car buying experience. Worst dealership. Worst management. Charlie, Tim, Ron, Neil… shame on you guys for such a horrid experience in Luxury vehicle shopping. I spent 170K on a vehicle to deal with these type of people. Pathetic service… even for a car dealer.

Second review. Quick rundown. I ordered a vehicle, the dealership changed the color from white to gray and did not offer an solutions beyond placing me in the back of waitlist or waiting a few more months to trade for the same color with different options. Not only did management at the dealership not offer viable solutions, they didn't even call me to return my $5,000 deposit check. I had to come in and ask for it when I came in to get my car serviced. The service department is great to work with. Alan and D are true professionals.

This service department should be investigated by the BAR. Paid a several hundred dollar overpriced oil change to be told I must change an air filter and cabin filter if we want the service light reset. That it voids Land Rover policy to reset the factory light. Was pretty bummed of this process, but for $400 when the filters are $40 at Napa I figured I would stick with the annoying light. Well I got home plug in my OBD scanner to reset the light and the scanner provided instructions to reset the light without tools needed: for 2019 and newer Range Rover Sport you power the ignition on (don't start), open driver door, open hood, and press both brake and gas pedal down for 10 seconds and everything is reset.Pretty disappointing that this information is kept "secret" in an effort to gouge customers.

I've been doing business with this dealership since 2007 and the experience was amazing. They are extremely polite here and will always be at your service. After recently getting my new Land Rover sport I'd like to give a special thanks to Neil and Tim. They have been very patient with me when it came to picking out my car. I definitely recommend this dealership!!!

I purchased a 2022 Velar Range Rover last week and the service was fantastic. Neil was my salesman and him being British himself, he knew his stuff about this British car. Neil was great to talk to and he went the extra mile to give me a great experience.

My Rover was in the shop for at least a month because the fuel pump went out. My rover is a 2020 and only had 49,000 miles on it. It's only been out of the shop for 1 month. I was driving to Tahoe and engine light came on! What now? Unbelievable! It's hard for me to fathom how many times my car has been in the shop. It has $52,000 miles on it. It should only be in the shop for an oil change and tires! Very unreliable vehicle. Sad to pay so much for a car and not be able to enjoy it! Also I was petrified driving to Tahoe with engine light on! Scary situation.

I have a 2020 Range Rover and it has been in the shop and I have driven a Rent-A-Car more than I have driven the car. Every time I take my car in for one issue they call and find another issue. This time over $7,000 in repairs. A 3 year old Range Rover should not have these many issues. It’s sad and frustrating to pay $150,000 for a Range Rover and it’s in the shop all the time. I want to warn customers these vehicles are not reliable. You will spend thousands in repairs and your car will be in the shop. Very sad because I like the style of the rovers and the way it drives. Who knows maybe just poorly built? Save yourself trouble. Don’t buy one!

Avoid this place at all cost. Service dept trestles me like I was an idiot. Kept my vehicle for over 3 months had to keep calling to check on status and they would toss me around with no real answer. Tried to upsell me on a $16k service. Upon getting my vehicle it was filthy inside and out. I asked if they had cleaned it and they said, oh yes. Clearly a lie. There was still tool left in my car in my passenger seat from them. I will never use this place again.

Land Rover Rocklin was beyond amazing! I really felt heard for the first time in forever. We sat down and talked about what I thought was wrong and then they went to work finding the issues. I had bought the car from an online dealership and I was concerned with the state I received it so with some inspection we found a leak, a very very original air filter and a tire sensor that was not working. We went for a test drive and throughout the whole process they were in communication about what was needed and what the timelines would be. The work ended up being fully covered by my limited warranty and I couldn’t be happier to have my peace of mind back. This dealership is amazing. I will be returning for all of my service work. It’s worth the 2 hour drive! And side note. D was my service advisor and she was the best! 5 stars guys.

D at the Range Rover dealership located in Rocklin was amazing to work with. She met all my auto needs. The staff as a whole were wonderfully hospitable; making sure I had internet password, water, and helped me with the fancy coffee machine. Great people, great experience, great product!
