Great service at Kniesel. Needed to replace a side mirror . I went in without an appointment and John Estrada went above and beyond to get me an estimate, make an appointment for service and call around to get the parts for the next day! He is great. I went to a Kniesel in Carmichael, and Sean checked me in, explained the process and promised to get the vehicle done by the end of the day. Called me back at noon to give me an update and it was ready by 4pm. All around it was a fantastic experience, highly recommended Kniesel’s Collision for your auto body repair

It has good service and having respected team. They do everything clearly. Reason for 4 stars is that they were a little slow. Hope they can be better in that area.

So far this place has not been a go experience. They tormented me and lies to me. Rodrigo plays a good game. He really don't know his jobThey treat my truck like is a piece of junk. All I had was a front bumper left front fender light assembly. Grill. And I'm sure a little damage behind the light and fender. Not they got the whole thing apart. And now I window on the driver door and handle is removed. My truck sits in there lot to the open air. Bugs and stray animals. Like cats and what ever else will call my truck home. They talk to me like I'm stupid. I am 59 years old and been around. From a heavy duty repairman to a welder. They have no respect to me and my truck. Rodrigo is a joke. And then Jeff is no help

Estimate took 15 minutes. The repairs to my car were just phenomenal. I'm addition to the body work, they had to partially repaint and get new decals. I couldn't even tell anything had ever happened to my car. It's quite a wait to get your car in but well worth it. A couple small details were overlooked, which they made right immediately. I am very pleased.

I went in to get an estimate and Jeff assisted me. Jeff completed his inspection of my vehicle and stated he would get back to me with an estimate. It’s been TWO MONTHS now and Jeff has still NOT returned my calls or followed up with me even though I’ve called Kniesel’s Collision multiple times. No one else has offered to help me either and they keep referring me back to Jeff for some reason even though he’s no help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You will simply waste your time and get the runaround. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.

My wifes car went in for repair. they had to reschedule the finish dates twice, which put us having the rental car for another week. this wasn't to big of a deal cause they didn't make us pay for the extra days we had it. the ppl here are extremely friendly. helped my wife and I and answered every question we had. however, we got the car back and after really looking at it one of the body parts they worked on was scratched really bad. I showed them and they said they would order a new part to replace it. so far I was a little annoyed but was glad it was getting taken care of. after getting it home my wife said something was off. come to find out we spotted another piece they replaced that didn't have the original gloss finish paint on it. it's more like a mat finish. so now we have to take it back again. this was the last straw for me. I don't understand how a company doesn't have good quality control checks. I shouldn't have to go through their body work and find everything that is wrong. that's why I paided more for a professional to do the work. pretty disappointed
