My wife and I love love love coming here on a Saturday making our wonderful salads with so much selection so much healthy options so much creative things to do with your salad That it's exciting just strolling around looking for what you want. “I am a fan of FitEats. I do like going INSIDE to take a look at the meal options. I truly love that they have a variety of entrees, bulk proteins, bulk greens and snacks. The parking is easy (private parking available), staff are friendly. There is a large fridge to your left when you enter. The meals are available and easy to read the ingredients, calories, etc. The "Yellow Dot" on the entree / option means there is a 30% off discount usually due to expiry or close to expiry / best buy. You can frequently freeze these options if needed (just ask the staff). Fit Eats allows me to not think about what I am having for dinner! As a busy working mother, I am focused on my health and fitness but sometimes it's hard to come home and fix up a meal for myself while I'm trying to get things ready for my family. It's easy to pop the entrees into the microwave / heat up and enjoy! Here are some of my top choices when I go: - Tofu Pad Thai (regular size) - usually add greens when I am home! - Veggie Lasagna - one of my favorites! I usually add a side of protein on my own like egg whites or small chicken breast - Turkey Enchiladas - delicious! If you do purchase enough of the entrees, you can earn rewards (such as discounts) towards future purchases.”

While i was there, the 2 female employees working were very knowledgeable and helped me picked out a new creatine that was tailored more towards my goals. I find myself to be pretty picky but they had everything i was looking for AND were able to back it up with facts and really helpful nutrition tips. definitely will be coming here instead and worth the drive!”

“This is the cutest little eatery with tons of outdoor seating in a pleasant little shopping center! We were in the area visiting seaquest the day after thanksgiving and stopped here on our way back to our car because the Christmas tree in the plaza was just so pretty (we had to check it out) and then the pictures posted on the window of Pressed caught our eye. It looked and sounded so delicious! We were not disappointed! I ordered the vanilla soft serve with granola, almond butter, and blueberries and my husband got his with gummy bears, blueberries, and almond butter. The soft serve is so refreshing and light!--A little icy. For 140 calories it still tastes very indulgent, which was perfect for after Thanksgiving. Service was fast and helpful and our server was sweet enough to give our toddlers little cups of the goji berries. We will definitely be returning!”
