We spent 2.5 hrs shopping for my uncle, and Lea’s help was just extremely good, just helping us with figuring out sizes, prices and everything. She is amazing we bought 2 jackets. 1 vest, sweatshirt and bandanas. We just came for a jacket lol

Bought my bike here. My rear wheel was scratched upon pickup. The salesman never got back to me. I emailed corporate, never got a response on the matter. Service department had been good, Levi there is awesome as well as nick in service.

Had my 2003 100th Anniversary 1200 Custom in there end of last summer (2022). Still finding issues with the horrible work they did. First they broke the choke cable retainer. It wasn't until the start of this summer (2023) when I called and asked if they ever got the part in did they remember that they were to replace the choke assembly. I decided against having them replace it. I paid to have them "rebuild" my carburetor in 2022, but they seem to have mounted it back on the bike incorrectly or missed a gasket somewhere. The bike coughs consistently going down the road, because too much air is getting in.Next, I noticed that they replaced the chrome screw that holds down my seat with a shop bolt from the floor.Tonight, I finally got an opportunity to get into the bike and fix the choke cable and remount the carb. But wait, they over torqued one of the screws on the air cleaner cover and now the sleeve it screws into just spins. Adding a lot more work to simply remove the air cleaner cover. Now I wonder if I will find the high end K&N that I had, or did they replace it with an OEM?I absolutely regret having ever taken my bike in there. I have had this bike since it rolled off the floor. Usually did my own work, but thought that I could have a Harley dealer work on it due to my schedule.The horrible work that Rocklin HD performed leaves me wondering if this shop has a clue or pride in the work that they do. I won't even buy parts form this shop, I would rather go downtown than give Rocklin HD any more money.

Brought my 2006 dyna in for service had a fuse that blew HD rocklin serviced my bike for about $250 while riding it home the fuse blew again I called HD rocklin broke down on the side of the road to get it towed back and fixed they told me they will only take it back if they are able to completely rewire the motorcycle which would cost thousands of dollars they refused to even tow it back to my house. If my wiring looked like it needed to be redone and they said that at the start I would’ve had no issue taking it somewhere else but they did a skimpy job and then refused to fix their mistakes. I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs alone at this shop and over $30,000 on bikes through various HD dealerships

Terrific service. Aaron back in Parts was a tremendous help. I came in and bought a turn signal light housing for my 04 Sportster 1200. Once I got home I realized the wiring was not routed correctly so I was ready to return the part and figure out another option. I came back in and Aaron was able to help me out reroute the wiring through the light so I can install it correctly.

Bought a helmet from them a few months ago. Come to find out it's not dot approved. Was told tough luck you're stuck with it. Said I had obviously chosen that helmet so it's mine and they won't do anything for me.

I love this place! It is so much larger then other locations I've visited. The staff is always very polite and happy to help. They have a huge selection of bikes and other accessories. We worked with Nick in the parts department and he answered all the questions we had. My bike is a custom built Harley and it is usually difficult to find people able to answer questions so this was a nice change. I think Harley of Rocklin is going to be our go-to location for all of our Harley needs.
