Soooo, I called Harley Davidson of Rocklin and had 1 question. Do you guys pick up bikes in the local area? My bike has a flat tire and I'm just asking if they would pick it up for me? Richard in Service told me they have a trailer but wasn't sure if they provided that type of service. Richard goes on to tell me, he would ask the manager the following day, and give me a call back. Today is the next day and no word at all from Harley Davidson of Rocklin.

I chose Harley Davidson Rocklin purchased my first Harley Davidson, my dream I was immediately greeted within two steps of the door by a young gentleman name Kyle Funk .. this man has been my mentor from the moment I walked in the door ... I was a little intimidated being that I'm not the most experienced rider, but will be soon thanks to my man Kyle Kyle taught me everything there is to know and was the most helpful salesman to find the exact Harley. I was looking for my dream and he had it within the second or third bike. I knew what bike was going to be the one Kyle made it very easy. There couldn't have been a better salesman. We need more people like Kyle funk in the world. I would and will recommend Harley Davidson Rocklin thanks to Kyle and Dallas You guys rock thanks man Kyle I give Kyle all 10's If there is a higher number I'd give it

Nick in the service department is great. Gets my bike done on time and when he tells me it will be most dealerships these days are not like that. Thank you.

I love this place! It is so much larger then other locations I've visited. The staff is always very polite and happy to help. They have a huge selection of bikes and other accessories. We worked with Nick in the parts department and he answered all the questions we had. My bike is a custom built Harley and it is usually difficult to find people able to answer questions so this was a nice change. I think Harley of Rocklin is going to be our go-to location for all of our Harley needs.

Unknowledgeable, unhelpful and rude parts department. Not once have I had a helpful person at that counter. Wrong parts and argumentative staff but know nothing about Harleys or their parts.

In Service today, met with Nick who was just awesome. He followed up on what was going on with my Ultra Limited, and then gave me a call when it was ready to be picked up. His professionalism is a credit to the dealership here in Rocklin. Parts, Service and customer service is a 5 Star hands down, great service!

Whatever you do... do NOT sell your bike through HD of Rocklin!!! I will just tell you what happened to me, and you decide how ethical Jim Hill is. I took my 2005 HD Softail Deuce in to sell it on consignment. They do consignment a little "differently"... you tell them how much you want to get out of the bike, and they get to keep however much over that amount if they sell the bike. I was told they try to get about 15% for the shop...which is totally reasonable. However, I trusted Jim to come up with a reasonable amount for me to expect for the bike... he said $6,000... MAYBE $6,500! Much lower than I expected, but I figured he was the expert. (An expert at spotting a trusting person...apparently). I begrudgingly settled on $6,500, and was very surprised to see my bike appear the next day on their website for $9,999!!! I was told that was so they have room to negotiate. Keep in mind, they had to do absolutely NOTHING to this bike but roll it in, and put it on the showroom floor. I got a call from Jim a few days later. He said that someone was really interested in my bike, but they were beating him up on the price... would I be willing to take less... like $6,000. Well, according to my calculations, if they want to get 15% for themselves... that would mean someone is only offering them $6,900! I said "No, I want $6,500." He sighed and said "Ok... I'll do my best." Little did I know, he had ALREADY SOLD THE BIKE... for $9,700!!!! He was trying to scam another $500 out of me! When I went into the shop and called him on it, he seemed totally unfazed and definitely unapologetic. I later heard that he fired some guy that he thought had put the buyer in touch with me and that's how I found out how much he sold it for. Guess what? I have never spoken to the guy who bought my bike! One of the other employees told me what they sold the bike for... and they still work there! Jim fired the wrong person for exposing his scheme! In the end, yes... I did get my $6,500, but if you are going to sell your bike through a dealer... PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to someplace with a little integrity! Stay away from Harley Davidson of Rocklin!

According to the sales manager, if you look younger than 40 you probably can't afford a new bike and shouldn't within 5 feet of them because, " I would to have to make you swipe your credit card because you scratch or drop it." Go to Folsom Harley they are actually decent human beings there with respect.

Today I called Harley Rocklin service department with a mechanical emergency because this was the closest dealer to us when we stopped and noticed our engine light on our brand new 2022 Street Bob. Harley Rocklin service department told me they would not work on my bike because I bought it at Harley Sacramento. I asked the service guy if he was serious and he replied: "I suggest you take it to Harley Sacramento since you bought it from them." I suggest yelpers seek help elsewhere, whether for service or sales because Rocklin won't care, even if you're stranded.
