“Don't shop here much. You can never count on what they will/won't have so its like a fun treasure hunt. Have no expectations and be surprised. If they have stuff you like, the prices are very reasonable.”

Safeway gas ⛽ is located on the same premises, so you can fill up your tank while shopping, or shop after filling up your tank.
I only buy a few items, so I use self checkout.I miss the days when I used to chat with the cashiers.
There is also a Starbucks coffee shop inside the store.”
“This is my local grocery store. Great produce. Super clean. Pretty decent prices. Absolutely love the staff, helpful and polite. Only complaint is that every time I've asked the meat department for a cut of meat sliced a specific way, they have never done it. Always try to get me to buy something else.”

“I was in the store yesterday picking up a coconut cake I ordered a few days ago. The Baker was already gone for the day so when I picked it up, it wasn’t what I expected. I stared to get very upset!!! I expected it to have coconut all over the outside, but it looked like a basic white cake. (Long back story about the coconut cake… too much to type) Anyway, I started to get upset with the nice young lady so she got the manager… Serena (spells it differently). Serena listened to me complain and she calmed me down! Since we were not sure if it was a white cake or a coconut— she gave me the cake for free! Great customer service!!!
Update— it was coconut ? and it was delicious!!! ??”

“Not my go to grocery store but still very convenient location. The staff is friendly and I've never had any issues. The selection of produce is good, but not great. Everything else is well stocked but the variety is lacking but that could be due to the smaller store size. They do have specials from time to time on alcohol so there's a plus.”
“Its a little after 6pm on 11/13/20. I just left this Wal-Mart location, it is the first time in a while that I have shopped at Wal-Mart. I have to say although the shopping experience was great....I am giving this review because of an employee named Roberta who helped me at one of the shop and go check out lanes. I was struggling a bit and I noticed not only was she helping others, but she went above and beyond to help me...and quickly! Perfect example of what great customer service should be!”
“Tony was a wonderful cashier at the self check out stations. First I started wondering off to the new self check outs that were not working yet because this location is being remodeled, and he kindly told me so. Next I told Tony that I couldn't see a barcode on my gift bag. He didn't make me go get the same bag which was wonderful customer service, he gave me the gift bag for $2.00 because I truly didn't know the price. Thank you once again Tony for great customer service! Much appreciated!”

“Richard at the Stanford Ranch Save Mart is a ROCK STAR!! I asked about a select bourbon I was interested in, but could not find it on the shelf. Richard, who has been with Save Mart since 1979, knew right where to find it!! Since the product was in the back, Richard could have easily said it is out of stock. Instead, Richard took the time stop what he was doing to find the item for me. It is this level of service that sets Save Mart apart from its competitors. I love shopping where the customer is respected and cared for. Richard is a great example of why Save Mart Stanford Ranch is the BEST place to shop. If I have any wine or liquor questions, I always know Richard will have the answer. Thank you, Richard!!”

“Clean Safeway store. Good looking produce. Meat looks fresh and good cuts. Average amount of foot traffic. If you sign up for savings it will be very beneficial. The cost of food is very high right now so I recommend using the online app to help save money. Employees are nice and positive. 4 stars due to the prices being so high.”

“I was in a panic as I called Safeway Customer Service @ 3pm on a friday as I was in need of 90 $100 gift cards for a company function by MONDAY .. I had the pleasure of dealing with LEAH who went above & beyond to take care of me in my time of need .. she had me come right down & pulled 90 gift cards off the shelf & proceeded to activate each one in a timely matter counting back each one as well as double checking price & accuracy on top of helping multiple other customers who were wanting Carpet Machine Rentals, Money Orders, & Western Union transactions etc and patiently one by one she helped them with a smile in between my transactions. I just had to commend Leah for her professionalism & positive can do attitude she truly made our day .. Thank you so much LEAH & Happy Holidays ! From all of us here @ AUDI ROCKLIN”
“Let me just say this. This gas station used to be the one I and others avoided because it was not run well and not maintained. The new owners have done an amazing job at remodeling the store, obtaining a new liquor license, and having great customer service. They have earned my continued business over other convenience stores at a time where great customer service is not so common anymore!”

“This is a great location. It's easy to make several stops since there are great shopping places all around this Trader Joe's. Tons of convenience, and easy to locate. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Most people have their Trader Joe favorites and each time we go we find our own favorite items are almost always in stock . The prices for many items are less than a regular super market and better quality too.”
