I can't remember which stylist has done my hair since I've been to this location 3 times, and my experiences have always been great. I have to get my haircut often because I have a pixie cut, and I have had great experiences. The hair stylists are always nice to me and I'm thankful for that. If I could give this place a thousand stars I would.

My 8 years old son had a haircut today and his hairstylist was Heather. We had a bad experience with her, I felt bad for my son. She was very rude when she found out that my son has a cold . I didn't know that he can't have a haircut if his got cold. I told her sorry I didn't know cause it was not in their website. She made me and my son felt uncomfortable when she was telling me not to take my son to great clips next time if his got a cold. We were so embarrassed . When my son got up from the chair she instantly sprayed "a lot" of Lysol on the chair where my 8 year old son was sitting . My son said, "he didn't like her and her hand was too heavy" After the haircut his got a red mark on his neck. When Tracy the manager found out what had happened she was nice enough to call me and apologized for my experience we had with Heatherm and she told me she would talk to her. After that bad experience I felt like I wouldn't go back there but because the manager was kind enough to call me when she found out what happened . I will give it another try but I would make sure it's Heatherm's day off.
