It's a beautiful place to live, I am a very happy resident.Very happy with maintenance Jon. He was very respectful, & kind & took his time on fixing things. Compare to where I used to live, this is a very quiet community.

I’ve put in 3 or so maintenance requests over the past 9 months and each one has been taken care of quickly and accurately. I’ve lived other places where they refused to fix things, so it’s extremely refreshing!

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for going on seven years and the current maintenance man goes over and above his job not only does he get stuff done in the apartments. He goes over and above to help the tenants. I’ve seen a few come and go and I hope to not see him go.
