I wanted to get a better ride out of my 2018 Honda Accord Touring edition that uses 19" rims with low profile tires. I had been told by another tire shop that I could move from a 235/40R19 to a 245/40R19 to get more cushion without an issue. I like Cooper tires and the Rocklin Goodyear shop (Goodyear owns Cooper) was able to get the size I wanted quickly and at a fair price, so I made the purchase. For some reason, the change in tire size caused the lane assist program to have problems. It felt like I was being corrected when driving in the middle of a lane. I had the tires for less than 2 weeks, but wondered if I would have any recourse. Pam was able to get a full credit approved to use towards going back to the recommended size for my Accord. They stocked the Cooper 235/40R19 model and did a same day change. Very good customer service to help us fix an odd issue no one saw coming. Thank you very much!

Terrible Experience at Goodyear: one Stars for the sake of other employees at that location.
I went to Goodyear last night for a simple tire repair, and despite their promise of a quick fix, the experience turned into a nightmare. Initially told to come back the next morning, I arrived promptly at 8 am only to be met with disorganization, inefficiency, and rudeness from an individual named Eric, who apparently runs the place. Despite explaining my situation, I was told it would take at least 90 minutes, with no empathy or understanding shown. Fed up, I left at 8.17am and found America’s Tire, where I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and efficient service. Goodyear needs a serious overhaul in customer service training, or at least a close examination of this particular location. Charging $25 for a simple repair, while providing abysmal service, is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. Zero stars.
America’s tire got my tire repair for free. It’s 9.04, they are done with my car and I’m writing this review!

I recently visited Goodyear for an oil change. Upon getting a call about an irreparable nail in my tire, I decided to seek a second opinion. Today, my mechanic confirmed that the nail is repairable, located at the tire's center. This isn't the first instance of questionable advice from this shop, leading me to doubt if I truly needed four new tires last year. Trust but verify! Goodyear just lost a loyal family with five cars.

I specified the truck I have was a 3500 silverado...when I brought the truck in they said..sorry. we don't deal with duallies...MOG told me here..what a bad service here..don't use these location...the place was emty

These guys and girls are great. Went to them on a Monday to ask about replacing tires I purchased recently and wasn't happy with. The next day they replaced with a better set. Absolutely recommend.

Came in for my boyfriends tire that popped while driving on the freeway. The service by the guys, especially Warren, James, and Damon, was amazing. Damon was knowledgeable and prompt with service even with a discrepancy in the tire number from another GY shop in San Leandro. This was the fastest service my boyfriend and I have ever received from any tire shop ever, we were in and out within 30 min! All the staff we came in contact with were lovely, thank you! I will come out here for all my future tire needs, and I hope whoever reading this does too!

They have been extremely rude, specifically Eric. I stopped using them after another debacle, but I went back to have them repair a bad break job that they did and should have been under warranty. The left brake pad is dragging and pulling left when applying. . They deny its happening. I will file a grievance against them as I have to pay another company to replace the brakes to fix the issue. BBB will also be notified

I put my car information online and I got an appointment at 10:30 after waiting 30 minutes at the store agent said this oil is not for your car, he tried up sell me. Waste my time.

We have been going here for more than a year already! They never do a complete good job! There is always something INCOMPLETE, you shouldn’t go here and pay a full price for a service that is not gonna be a 10/10!

I urgently needed a valve step changed on our travel trailer goodyear trailer tire since we needed to leave for a family vacation. I called the Lonetree Blvd Rocklin location and they said they would change the valve stem at no charge. I brought the trailer tire to the Rocklin Goodyear and that team was like a NASCAR pit crew. They had my tire fixed by the time I finished one of their cold bottles of water in the lobby. It must have been maybe 15 minutes and I was on my way back to my travel trailer with the fixed trailer tire. This occurred on Thursday, October 12, 2023 around 1:00 p.m. and I really want to thank the team who was working that day and time for making my family happy campers - your team was awesome. Thank You, Thank You.....
