I just watched your elderly man worker walk over to a tree in the parking lot and dump out water someone had left out for animals - it is in the triple digits-sir - I’m curious why you thought that animals don’t need water during this time? It wasn’t bothering you, It wasn’t anywhere near your place of business…. And then you went back for the dish and totally removed it- It’s good to see your values are aligning with your job. You don’t need to help animals but deliberately dumping out water placed is a new low ! Do better !

I’ve only left a few reviews ever — been a few years since I’ve donated clothing.
The employee who helped me today opened the door and greeted me as soon as I pulled up around 3PM on a Saturday. He helped me with my donations and was very kind. I’ve seen reviews from others rating donation centers low. This one is great.

The goodwill donation express location is open daily on time. Every time I stop by I'm greeted with staff and offered a receipt for donations. Staff are helpful and appreciate the donation. It's conveniently located and am able to stop by and drop off and go.

I’ve been to this donation center a few times now and I usually get greeted by a girl named Lilly . She’s super friendly and honestly one of the best people there, usually the girls are the friendliest . There are a few rude people though (mainly guys) . She politely told me she couldn’t take a few items for valid reasons , meanwhile the guy that helped me last time got super mad because I didn’t remember I had lotion in my donations. I like this donation place only when I am greeted by the right people.

That was the final straw. Never donating to Goodwill again. There are plenty of more well deserving charities out there that can benefit from the items I take my time to gather and drop off. I parked right in front and walked in. There was nobody at the front but within 10 second I hear a man yell from the back "What do you need!?" I looked at him in confusion and I'm sure a bit of irritation from that unprofessional greeting and said "This is a donation center right?" The man turns at me and puffs up his chest in a threatening manner and say "Yeah it is, so what do you want!?" I responded saying "I have an SUV full of stuff to donate so I would like a cart to put it in." The man responded saying, "Well then donate! But don't touch my carts. If you need one, you need to wait for me bring one out." I walked back to my car to open the hatch and waited in 102 degree weather since I didn't think it would take him that long to walk out. When he finally came out with a cart, he stood at the side walk and just very uncomfortably dead stared at me. I said "Are you not bringing the cart to my trunk? I've got a couple heavy things." He stood there, let out a small laugh and said "I'm not bringing anything to you. My carts stay on the sidewalk and that's it. So you better just start bringing stuff to me." I was so tempted to just put stuff back into my car a drive away and find a place with decency. The man was even judging the items I was donating and voicing his opinion. I couldn't stand this guy any longer. It was too hot and my family was in the car so I just wanted to leave. As soon as I got into the car, I said out loud that we are never donating to goodwill ever again. This is the 3rd or 4th donation center that is horribly rude, entitled for some our reason, and truly believes they are doing you the favor by allowing your stuff in. Never again.

Showed up about 5pm on 12/17/22. The 'Open' sign was unplugged, and the door was locked. After a few minutes of multiple people waiting and knocking, the employee eventually unlocked the door. She said "Sorry, I forgot the door was locked."

The ladies working "offered" to help, but really just stood there talking to each other with the cart instead of bringing it over. As we were leaving we tried to be friendly and told them to have a good day after we were done and they were too busy gabbing to each other about their lack of pay to acknowledge us. 2 stars instead of one because at least they took most of the stuff we wanted to donate.

Rude rude rude. Never seen anything like it. I've been donating household goods and clothing to Goodwill for years and have never come up against something like this place. Why don't they just cease business entirely? Not worth a hoot.

I can always find good deals here for a fraction of the price. Also, this store receives items that are hard to find at other stores. The customer service is pleasant too.

Debbie was absolutely amazing!!! She was at my car with a cart before I even got out of my car! She was so helpful and kind! So refreshing to have amazing customer service?

Unfortunately, this place deserves the poor reviews. Each time I've been there, the people act like it is such an inconvenience to interact with the public. So bad.... I really just can't say any more without being unkind. It's a shame. I will never take any items there again.
