What an outstanding experience I had with good brothers. I received a very valuable education on flooring, It was the first place that took time to educate me. That helped me make a good decision and I feel very confident and happy with my choice to go with laminate. Randy and Tom were great to work with. From start to finish it was a smooth process.

Good Brothers is a solid retailer. Staff is very knowledgeable in regard to the products they sell and walking a customer through the details of a flooring project. I had a goal to remove all carpet in our home and replace it with a matching laminate to what already existed elsewhere in the house. I went to several other big box flooring stores and they were over priced and not capable of sourcing everything or anything needed for the project start to finish. Good bothers had the ability get everything needed from the flooring itself, the single piece stair treads, molding and nosing all matched. They were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about me actually doing the entire install. Would highly recommend.

This is why it is worth paying a little more: our new house came with flooring that sounded hollow on some areas. Without even telling us, Good Bros installers ground down the higher areas, floated a leveling layer of fine concrete, and the ground that again. New floor is solid as can be!

In Jan. I had bought an extra box of flooring for a project that i was doing in the summer because I was afraid it wouldn't be offered later. The salesman assured me if i didn't need it then i could return it when the time cameWe did our project the box was extra and when i went to return it they thought of every excuse not to let me return the boxI feel if these policies were in place they should have told me not just told me what i wanted to hear to make a sale.

Randy gave us a straightforward and clear written estimate after viewing the areas in which we needed new flooring. The bid was detailed and clear and the price was reasonable. They squeezed us in to their busy schedule (we were looking to put house on mkt) and got it done a day ahead of schedule. And it was done PERFECTLY. It looks amazing. Every inch of it was done right and looks beautiful. This company rocks. Highly recommend them.

Went to this place for some Gaia flooring, talked to Greg and received the best sales experience of my life. And then when I picked up the flooring Randy was there and helped me load, tie down and gave me some pointers on a really heavy pallet of flooring. These guys are the best 100% Do not hesitate.

We've purchased hardwood flooring twice from Good Brothers. Both times we received a fair price, great service and excellent communication. Ryan was the installer on both jobs and was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable, super professional, worked quickly, and did a seamless job. We love our new flooring! We will definitely use them again for our future flooring needs! We can't wait to do our downstairs hardwood flooring next. We highly recommend Good Brothers Flooring!!

Start to finish, Good Brothers was awesome. As many times as I went in to figure out which LVP I wanted, they were helpful, courtesy, and knowledgeable. Randy was nice enough to to answer my never ending questions. Rick did the installation, he did an incredible job. I had some tricky areas, and he worked them out to look perfect. To top it off, their pricing was less then 3 other quotes.Go with the Good Brothers, you won’t regret it!

I am very sad to write this review. I had so much hope to finally have floors I could be proud of. When I first went to Good brothers I was told an approximate amount it would cost me to get my dream floor. I even gave floor plans and told them I had tile in bathrooms and hallway. I also had a time limit because I was moving into the home in about 6 weeks. They Said no problem. The cost of the project almost doubled but I was stuck because I had a timeline. They gave a discount but I had to use a bay area crew. Delays and being told the hall would cost me 400 more to level. It was not leveled, they used flooring to level it instead of plywood or leveler. I paid for a big bag of leveler and they used exactly two buckets. They took the rest of the huge bag with them and left a big dip in the floor. My home was filled with layers of dust in every corner and covered walls and windows filled all the vents. What a mess. They did not finish a closet that still has torn carpet in it and I have several spots where holes under the flooring caused by torn plywood were not filled and now are buckling. My mom has rolled her ankle going into the bathroom when it gave way. They told me don't worry about the holes you won't be able to tell once the floor is down. And now I have a huge section of flooring lifting in a big wave. I paid to have plywood put down in this room to maintain a good hard under floor. When I called to get help they wanted me to use the same person to fix it. It has been two months and still no repairs. Do not use them. You will regret it. Oh forgot. When they were installing my floor and the project manager came to the home because I complained about the huge dip in the hallway, I overheard the project manager and crew boss talking. The manger said, "don't worry i ordered allot of extra flooring so your wife will still get her rooms done" Then after the job was completed I kept 4 boxes and they took ten boxes of flooring back to the store. i was told at the time that he had called the manufacture and I would get a full refund of flooring I had used. I never knew if they had even brought all the flooring to the job site as they brought a few boxes each day. I had to complain for months to get any refund at all and I was only reimbursed half the cost of returned flooring after many excuses. Even after finally posting this review I still have not heard anything. Next stop is the BBB then look into the business and crew's license. Social media? Courts? I hate conflict but this is just not ok

If we could rate Good brothers higher than 5 stars we would. They were excellent at communicating, showed up when scheduled, on time, finished the job right on schedule, courteous and friendly workers, and our floors turned out beautifully. They were very conscientious about cleaning as they went, and being respectful and careful with our home and not leaving a mess behind at the end of the day which we appreciated since our job was a 4 day project. We will recommend Good Brothers to all our friends and family.

Good Brother's Flooring was amazing! Tom came out to see what we needed done so he could give us a quote. We had laminate installed and new baseboards. He gave us great input on a few undecided issues we had. Rick and Will came out to install once the floors came in. They were on time everyday. They did AMAZING work!!! They were both very friendly and didn't mind answering any of my questions. They went above and beyond! Awesome team! I'm more than happy with they work they did and the company as a whole! Very professional!
