I bought LVP flooring two months ago from Floor and Decor. When I brought four extra boxes back to return them, the sales manager, Jason, informed me that the product had been discontinued and could not be returned. I explained that it didn't matter, but he came up with another excuse. In the end, he claimed that I had personally decided not to return it. This is how they treat customers.

Prices are usually better than the other big box stores and a better selection for what they sell. The customer service is hit or miss.

I had the issue with the tile, but the good management solved it, and the response was really quick.

This time it was different. We got someone to help. The only bad thing is the girl at the other register was supposed to get the SKU number for a tile we were buying and calling it back to our our register guy, but after a 10 minutes of waiting...no answer. That girl decided to go home, so another sales person had to help.
