Waited all day for a package supposed to be delivered between 2:45-4:45. Was updated at 5 that they attempted to deliver the package whenever they did not attempt to deliver the package. Basically wasted my entire day. Driver would have left a door tag had they attempted but they didn't even attempt. Meanwhile FedEx truck parked outside my apartment was sitting there doing nothing for about an hour. I called customer service right after 5 to see what was going on or if they could actually attempt to deliver the package and the person told me they had no way to contact their drivers which has to be a lie because you let these guys go out and do whatever they want without any contact from a warehouse or anything. They said they will reattempt tomorrow. I told them I work and they said if they missed the delivery again I'd have 1 more attempt. Even though no attempt was made today. Just wasting my time. My apartment also has lockers for deliveries and couldn't have left it in there. This has just ruined my entire day off
It's a joke customer service has no answers for what would be simple move of having them to actually attempt delivery instead of getting their weekend started early and not attempting to deliver my package at all.

Yolanda and Carol are two of the worst customer service representatives that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Yolanda was rude and completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and combative. She insisted that there was no management for me to talk to and that she was the only person I could speak to. After I insisted she transferred me to management she then hung up on me. After calling back unfortunately the call was answered by carol. Carol was rude and condescending. She purposely answered my questions as vague and un helpful as possible. She laughed at me when I expressed my frustration about my package not being delivered. She found it amusing that it would also not be delivered on the re attempt and found it funny that if I was going to get my package that I would have to drive to the distribution center myself and get it. In short Yolanda and carol don’t care about fed ex customers and certainly don’t possess the compassion and empathy that’s needed when working in customer service.

Carol was first class. She is amazing. However FedEx has killed my dog forever. They lied and told me that my package would be delivered on time , when it had never moved. They never notified me that there was a packaging issue or that there was a problem I could’ve fix this if they would’ve just called the emergency number if they would’ve done any steps to helping this process, my dog would still be able to come to life. my dog sperm died with that package. They have absolutely never enough apologies because not only did we lose a $25,000 offspring litter but we lost our forever baby. He is forever gone forever and they can’t fix it

I frequent this location to send packages for work. Not only do they feature the worlds largest customer service bell (not gonna lie, the earth shakes when I ring it) the kind folks who work here are always cheerful, helpful, prompt and polite. I would highly recommend them for dependable services.
