I needed an SUV (4WD or AWD) for week trip to Utah. After reserving a vehicle online, I went to the rental office on N. Sunrise and was told that they did not have the class of SUV I requested. I was offered a minivan which would have not been adequate for the snowy conditions. The person at the counter called another rental office who had the SUV I was looking for. When I got there, the counter person assigned me a vehicle, but I was hesitant on that particular vehicle and asked if there was any other SUV and he checked and found one. Perfect! Once we found the vehicle the rental process was easy. The return process was easy, and I will look to Enterprise again for future rentals.

Very bad customer service the don’t help at all specially, when you book through your insurance, they are not gonna help you guys at all and they are rude

The personnel at this location were great. Check in was quick and easy. In addition, they called me after the return of the car to let me know of an item they found in the car that I had lost. Wonderful!!

I was a little surprised because I made reservations to pick up my car at 10 and was not out of there till almost 1230 I realize now it was the week of Thanksgiving and many car rentals were happening but once I got my turn, I was treated very nicely

The Enterprise Rent-a-Car on Pacific Street in Rocklin is simply the best. I rent regularly for work and everyone in the office (Noe, Ethan, David, Tim, and Nicky - hopefully I'm not forgetting anyone) always takes such great care of me. The cars are always clean, ready, and in great shape and the staff works with me when I need to get in and out of there quickly. They truly care about the service they are providing and are just all around nice to deal with. This Enterprise will always be my first choice when renting locally!

Car was nice David was very helpful when it came to the final price little expensive for the last three days and there closed on the weekends. Other then that good overall experience

We've rented at 3-5 times a year our same local location for years. It has increasingly declined and our rental experience last week will be our last. Nothing was customer friendly when I (spouse) picked up the car. Husband reserved car. 1) I wanted to use our credit card that has car rental protection, they would not accept my card (same last name) because it was not in my husband's full name, never an issue prior. 2) I then chose to decline their insurance, as we have our own. They demanded (1st request ever) our policy #, which I did not have in the moment and had to call our agent. SXM radio was reserved and not on the car. 3) Car was filthy, they offered a wash "it's been sitting". After what should have been a 10 minute experience that turned into 1 hour, I didn't want to wait any longer. 4) $200 refundable fee is suddenly now $300 - which I have yet to see and had to call. That's it...bye bye Enterprise.

Beyond ridiculous experience. I had an 8:20 appt with the nearby dealership and a reservation for a rental with enterprise in which they were supposed to pick me up. I waited at the dealership for 1/2 hour before the dealership finally drove me there to get the car. Showed up at 8:55 and multiple staff around, completely nonchalant about not picking me up. I was then told I had to wait a few for a car when I was already running late because of enterprise. It was hardly a few minutes… Asked several more times while waiting and It wasn’t until I broke down crying to the manager that he took action. Literally 35 minutes wait to get a car I had a reservation for. In total, one hour and 10 minutes wasted from my appointment time and I was 45 minutes late to my dads 70th birthday breakfast. Poor service. Zero accountability.
