I started bringing my dog here last year in December. For an indoor playroom, dogtopia is the best in Rocklin. Staff are always friendly and the front is very clean. I love how I can check on my dog to see how he's doing while he's there through the Dogtopia app since they have a webcam feature. The app is also very user friendly to book and cancel appointments. Prices are very reasonable too. Overall, my dog loves coming here and is always tired when I bring him home.

Dogs sit in a room all day, no outside time, and no organized games for the dogs except for bubble blowing, maybe once a month, and they make excuses for their employees rather than solve the problem.

Dogtopia in Rocklin is such a special place. I've been bringing my 4 1/2 year old dog Audrey in regularly for daycare & boarding since she was a puppy. It is always such a joy to see how happy and excited she gets when we arrive. Diane, the owner, is an amazing person and her staff are always so warm, kind, caring & professional. The care my dog receives at Dogtopia is outstanding. As a working dog owner I am so grateful there's such a fun, friendly & safe place for Audrey's needs. I highly recommend Dogtopia in Rocklin for anyone seeking exceptional care for their dogs.

It did not seem like this was going to be a good fit for our rambunctious puppy. But the staff worked closely with us (including phone calls from the Owner) and Phoebe to get her comfortable spending time at Dogtopia. Now she runs in and gets all her energy out on a regular basis. Boarding is great too since she is already comfortable. Friendly staff and happy dogs!

Very well organized. Facility is clean and well kept. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Webcam is a big plus. Love all the little events every month. Great way to socialize dogs and my dog is always excited to go!

Georgia always enjoys her stay at Dogtopia. Her recent grooming left her feeling happy and fresh. Everyone there loves dogs which makes us feel comfortable leaving ours in their care.

I have been taking my dog, Brodie to Dogtopia for over a year and have been very happy with their care of my Brodie. They have made it easier for me to drop Brodie off for day care and boarding. It helps knowing he is in good hands, they listen to any concerns and made his stay a place he gets excited about when approaching the building. Happy to recommend Dogtopia.

Happy pup! Our dog is a year old and lacking in social skills. His first daycare experience was rough AT A DIFFERENT daycare in Newcastle where they used shock collars and no cameras.I was nervous ? after that experience!Dogtopia to the rescue! When I went to Dogtopia in Rocklin I asked a LOT of questions! The staff answered all of my questions and didn’t seem bothered by my helicopter parenting. They were patient with my nervous pup and kept in mind his anxiety with his activities that day.Facility: Top notch! Employees seem happy and treated well. Place is clean. Pups look happy. Cameras give transparency. Have you ever seen a place leave a carpet out at the parking lot for puppies to not get hot paws? Maybe it’s just glam, but appreciated nonetheless.Staff: super friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions! It sounds like the owner is amazing and does philanthropic work as well as takes great care of the facility and employees. The handlers are doing a great job!Tech: there’s an app with a ton of functionality to see dog cams and schedule appointments. There’s security and all the tech you can think of to keep the pups safe and sound during boarding.Policies: so far it looks like everything is set in place to ensure that the customers are served, the pups are safe and happy, and the staff is equally safe and happy. I haven’t experienced any bait and switch or scammy behavior which is common in some other facilities.Rooms: you can see online the rooms have been setup with care. There’s plenty of puppy proofed cleanable flooring and ramps, and crates for naps. I didn’t post the pictures of our camera due to privacy for others, but what you see online is exactly what you’ll see in person. There are multiple rooms for different types of dogs.I’m extremely happy to have this resource as we have our hands full with multiple kids, a child with special needs, and a busy schedule. This facility is not close to our home but it’s worth the drive! Thank you for protecting and caring for our furry family member!

Maddie loves her time at Dogtopia! I can check in on her through their webcam and see how much fun she has playing with the other dogs.I have used both their daycare and boarding services and she is always happy to back!

Dog got severely sick with pneumonia after spending a long weekend at this place (3 nights). They didn't even realize how sick he was when we picked her up. Lethargic, weak, not eating. Horrible experience and he had to spend a couple nights in the vet/hospital to recover. Never again!

Our pup is usually terrified going into new places and cowers when approached by strangers. But at Dogtopia Rocklin, he happily strolls in and lets the staff pet him. This was his second week long stay, and both times he seemed well looked after and happy. We love checking in on him on the Webcam and enjoy watching him interact with the other dogs and carers! Thank you for taking such great care of our precious pooch and allowing us to have peace of mind on our vacation.

After coming here for about a year here is my honest review with pros and cons. I will start with the pros:The staff are wonderful and super friendly and seem to really love the dogs. The place is clean and smells great and messes seem to be picked up and cleaned immediately. Drop off and pick up times can be a bit flexible if they can accommodate. Throughout the year they will do theamed photo shoots which can be pretty adorable and the donation goes to the dogtopia foundation which I know absolutely nothing about unfortunately as I just haven't looked into it.The cons:I think it's the biggest con is that it's a small space and there are no outdoor play areas at this location. The rooms are pretty small and they also have kennels in them for nap time and boarding which kind of shrinks the space even more. An outdoor space that groups could be rotated in and out of would be great but probably not possible at this location. If you purchase a pass and are using half days you may have to keep track because sometimes my half days got marked as full days and while they were quick to fix it I didn't really want to have to keep track of it like that as whatever system they use should do that by itself if dogs are being checked in and out properly. Recently the passes had gone up I know that the 20-day pass which was $600 went to $640. This is a franchise so maximizing profits is crucial for the owner and I understand that and she really is very sweet.All in all we only lose one star because the space is small and has no outdoor play area. If you're looking for your space for your dog to really run especially if you have a bigger dog this might not be the location for you but they will definitely get some socialization.
