I had the pleasure of getting my hair trimmed by Jenna. I have very long sensitive hair yet she was incredibly gentle and eager to get you the results you are looking for. Even though she was focused in her craft, she was such a delight. Really gets to know you and by the end makes you feel like a friend. I had a pleasant time and would recommend Jenna and the studio.

Wanted to love my hair. I tried so many ways to style it to try to make it work, but the cut I received was nothing like what I wanted. My stylist was very sweet, but I am just very unhappy with the layering and how much she thinned it out. The layers in front of my face are so thick I can't put my hair up without it falling. They are also very uneven. I also wish she asked me first before thinning out my hair. Now I feel like half of my hair is gone, especially in the back. I used to be able to let my hair air dry to a natural wave, but now it's so thin it just frizzes and falls flat. I'm so disappointed.

Love Jenna! Brunette girls, if you're looking for someone who can do subtle fine highlights she's your girl! She asks all the right questions and when she says she'll take off an inch it's actually an inch!

I work with Reina and just got a simple toning and haircut. She was really fast but the quality she gave was really awesome peaceful place and in a very multipurpose shopping center that you can spend time in if you are waiting on someone in the salon, plenty of parking and staff is friendly, plenty of products for whatever you might need or think you need and are just a hair buff. I was listening to, and my needs were met! very pleased!

Worst highlight ever. Partial highlight and it was $180. Had to go home and correct it myself! I am retired Hairdresser and I would suggest you not use this facility.

very nice vibe to the room with great decorations and colors, my hair stylist was very nice and talkative and reassuring. jenna helped me and cut my hair. looks very nice and did exactly what i wanted!

This was my first time visiting this salon and my first time getting balayage. Very happy with the service provided. Natalie was very professional and friendly, I could definitely tell she's very experienced in her field. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. I have been looking for a salon/stylist for quite some time. I lost my original stylist of 4+ years during covid. I had been debating between a couple of salons and decided to try DND. I used Yelp to set up an appointment. They responded promptly and helped me set an appointment.My hair is very thick and has some curl. I also have a LOT of hair, so my appointments usually take longer than normal. I was given an appointment with Reyna. She did a great job. I explained what I needed, and she made sure I got exactly what I asked for. My hair looks great and has been very healthy looking since my cut. I will be back.

Today I had the opportunity to visit this salon for the first time. I have heard many times from my friends about this place and finally decided to get a haircut here. I have very problematic hair and not every master can cut my hair correctly, so every time I have to visit a new master, I am very worried. to my great happiness, after visiting this salon, I was very pleased, not only with the result itself, but also as the master Natalia is very professional and responsible in her work. plus I can say that it is very cozy and pleasant atmosphere and style. and the most important thing for me is that my wife was satisfied, so visit this place and I think you will not regret it :)

I had my appointment on Sunday and i went back after 4 days to get it "fixed" and it looks worse.This is not the blonde color i asked , my hair right now has 3 different shades, brassy, orange, blonde, dark underneath and ashy.My hair is a total mess and I am completely unhappy.My hair has big chunks of blonde on top and dark on the ends.Not dimensional, not blended, I was very clear about what I wanted and showed her pictures of what I always get done.I appreciate the girl trying to fix it but whatever she did it just made it worse and I don't feel comfortable going back again .Now I have to pay someone else to fix it after spending $300.Now I have to pay for color correction which is $120 per hour and I am very upset.I went to this place because my last hair stylist moved out of California but I never expected to this experience to be this bad:(

My daughter found this place for us on here. I was working and told her to just look at the ratings. I called and requested 2 haircut's that could be done at the same time. I definitely thought there would be no way being that we wanted in 2 days away and that day was on a Saturday, to my surprise they were able to get us in!! We booked with Allison and Reyna, at least that's what the conformation text said. I received a text from Gabby on Saturday saying she was ready early for one of us early so I'm not sure who we got. The salon is in a strip mall and was easy to find. The two girls were ready for us as we walked in which was nice. I was a little worried because the salon only had one other customer besides us and all of the stylists looked very young, maybe I'm just getting old The salon was clean and I liked the products they used. I asked a few questions about possibly dying my hair and was told she would tell me after my cut but I was never told. We left as happy customer's. Three days later we're still happy. My daughter got a wolf cut and she loved how it turned out. My hair feels so much healthier. Great little salon. I would've left 5 stars if all of my questions were answered. We will probably return when we're in need again. Young stylists but they know what their doing so I will remember them. Maybe they just need to remember to answer questions as now I'll be looking to get my hair dyed somewhere else.
