I am actually an employee and I want to say that this is one of the best locations I have worked at. The other people that I work with are amazing and care about our patients. And all of my patients are incredible. You all are so patient and kind and are the reason I strive to do better for you all everyday. I give my colleagues, this location, and my patients 5/5

I've been re-filling my dog's seizure medication here since 2019. However, the past year or so I've had nothing but horrible experiences. I'm not sure if management has changed or if the pharmacists just don't care anymore. I've either gone in at the expected time of pick up and it's not been ready, they only have partial amount of the meds or they don't have it at all! It's very frustrating to drive about 10 min to the pharmacy after receiving a pick up time, only to be told they don't even have the medication on hand. Last month they told me that I needed my vet to re-send the prescription to them because my refills were up. When I told them the bottle said I had 1 more refill available they said I still needed to have my vet send over a prescription. The gentleman at the register told me to download the app because it was easier to communicate, in which I did and each time I try to select refill prescription it says "error". Not helpful. This month I called to verify the prescription would be worked on and refilled by the time I needed it. The gentleman on the phone put me on hold for about 10 min. Then a woman picked up and quite rudely said "I'm working on it now" I told her I just needed it to be ready by Wednesday and I just wanted to verify because of previous problems I've experienced. She then cut me off and said "yeah it will be ready!" I thanked her and asked her what her name was and she said "Molly!" And hung up on me. Awful costumer service. Terrible organization and just upright unprofessional communication. Someone really needs to go into that establishment and retrain their staff because this past year has really fallen off the deep end.

I had several appointments and errands to run around the Rocklin/Folsom area. I wasn't able to get my prescription in time in Folsom, and Shelby at the CVS pharmacy seemlessly transferred my prescription in the short time I had before I had to drive home to beat a snowstorm. Thank you Shelby. You are very much appreciated!!!

So this is my first review. I am only writing this review because there's 1 other review for this location and I don't agree with the rating this location received. (I do understand not everyone agrees on yelp but I'd love for you to read for another perspective) I have been going to this pharmacy for 2 years. I have a father who has had major health issues, a 2 year old daughter that seems to have something wrong at least once a month, and my health hasn't been greatest in the past. There has been weeks where I visited the pharmacy almost every day. I have never experienced anything but the very best customer service and help. The entire staff is so caring and welcoming. There's been multiple times the pharmacist has come out to the floor to help me figure out the proper medications. I will only go to this pharmacy!

The pharmacist at this pharmacy is very mean. If there is an issue that is not the customer's fault and you get upset, he gets very angry back at the customer, even though the issue is not their fault. This has happened to me several times. I dread going in there now, and will switch pharmacies once my medications have ample supply while the transfer is being completed. Beware if you go in there not feeling well because he will certainly make you feel worse. We all have issues that we need to deal with, but he should not be practicing medicine and dealing with customers until he gets his anger under control.
