For the past 2 years, Dale and his team have undertaken many projects at my Los Lagos residence that have included: installing in the lobby of my home a 100 lbs. Italian Crystal 6' Chandelier 25' above ground which required attic bracing and complete re-wiring; removing extensive kitchen black mold and dry rot, restoration and constructing an entire new kitchen consisting of its subfloor, floor tile, wall tile and painting; laundry wall removal with stairway construction for access into our cat room and outside access; attic black mold removal and installing insulation; exterior wall cementing, among other projects. I was truly lucky to have found Clover Valley Home Services on the internet who have always exceeded my expectations, stress free and honesty on all of my projects. The call came in at midnight. My 87-year-old mom was having a medical emergency and the fire department had to break down 2 exterior doors to get in. Mom was OK, but her door frames & doors were in shambles, and her home was vulnerable. I called Dale at Clover Valley, he came out right away, explained the process and was able to repair and secure her home that day. His workmanship was excellent, and his rates were fair and reasonable.
When the time came to sell Mom’s home, there were a multitude of repairs needed. Again, I called Clover Valley. Dale reviewed and explained the process for each of the repairs and completed them quickly and expertly.
I've had Clover Valley back repeatedly for repairs over the past several years, and was always very happy with the work and value. My last experience is a great example:
In December 2023, my long-term tenants moved. I discovered serious exterior dry rot issues at multiple locations, including the eaves and exterior siding, which needed immediate repairs. My new tenants were scheduled for move-in, in 3 weeks. I called Dale, explained the repairs and time issues. He came the next day, took photographs of all the repairs needed, explained the process, and agreed to complete the work within my time frame. The exterior siding and a window had to be removed, the electrical outlet disconnected, the dry rotted window frame removed, new framing completed, electrical re-connected, the window replaced, new siding installed, and tape and texture work done on the interior. The eaves had to be removed and replaced. Additionally, there were other areas needing smaller repairs. He sent his top finish carpenter (& cabinet maker) Rowan, to do the work. Rowan was thinking 2 steps ahead at all times, using time efficiently, working on several repairs simultaneously. His work was of the highest quality, precise, and with great attention to detail. Manuel‘s tape & texture were spot on perfect. David and Rowan did a great job on removing and replacing the eaves.
Dale was able to fit my job into his schedule, to complete all the work within my tight time frame, despite rainy days, and at a fair and reasonable rate. I also appreciate that each day a detailed accounting of the work done was provided, along with receipts, for my review. I always knew exactly where we were in the process, which made it all less stressful. Dale and his crew do an excellent job. I highly recommend Clover Valley Home Services.

We had a loft that we wanted to close up with a wall and door so we can make into a room. We got 4 different estimates and Dale was by far the best deal. He was very professional and reliable not to mention very fast. All the other contractors said it would be 3 weeks or more and Dale and his A Team got it done in less than 2 weeks! We got texts and emails letting us know when the various jobs were scheduled and then a text when the professional was on their way. Excellent communication. The best part is that the wall and door look 100% like they were built when we got the house, down to the texture of the wall and the color of the paint. It doesn't look like we got it a few years later at all. Very happy with Dale and will absolutely reach out again for any future

I used Dale and his team for two projects at my house, and I’ll continue to use them for other projects. They hung new chandeliers and installed new outdoor lighting for me this summer. This month they updated a tub surround, installed a tub sliding door and updated the tub/shower hardware for me. His quotes consistently come in at a reasonable price, and the work is always high-quality. I like that I can buy products I want and they install it - I don’t have to purchase specific product lines. Dale and his team are professional and friendly. They show up on time, always courteous, and walk me through what they’re doing in a nontechnical way. Easy to work with!

I highly recommend Dale and his crew at Clover Valley Home Services. Dale came to rescue us on the issues of water damages in our family room walls/windows caused by roof leaks. Dale is very kind, honest, trustworthy, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and accomodating.His crew i.e. Dylan, David, Manuel, and Rowan are very diligent, careful, hardworking, respectful and focused. Used them months ago to replace 4 pre-hung interior doors and a special order size closet door. The labor cost per hour for 5 doors ended up going into two full 8 hour days. The quality of installation by owner himself was awful! No caulking around the frames and used screws for inside of door jamb. Which everyone knows is NOT what is used for that because no spackle is going to cover those. His employee came in the second day and finished up two of the doors asking who used screws on others and the quality was night and day from the owner himself. The other two doors that were on back order were finished up by someone else and took three hours while this place charge me for two days of labor per hour for four doors. The other doors were installed correctly with nails on door jamb and caulked the frame all the way around correctly. Clover Valley is a total rip off! Now I have to have the doors with the screws re-done for that part so that they can be smoothed out and the painters can come in. I would never use this place or even recommend to anybody. If you don't know how to professionally do every trade, don't try.

Called this company to do some small jobs around the house. Guy came out and said he would "put me on the schedule." Month and a half later I call to see what's going on. The gentleman that answered the phone seemed not too happy with me calling and following up. He stated, "I was still on the schedule ", well it's been 3 months. I think I will move on.

Hired Clover Valley Home Service to remodel bathroom, replace doors and do some electrical work. However, he kept rescheduling date he was going to start; he must have been too busy? In addition, he incurred a traffic citation wthin our gated community on his way to our home. He was asked to pay this bill ...but never did. As a result, we got stuck paying the $100 bill. Too bad... he does quality work, but his bedside manners need improvement.
