Carte Jewelers is the best! Rosey (the owner) has helped me time and again fixing my watches and replacing its batteries, and has also helped me choose some gorgeous jewelry pieces for birthdays and holidays at great prices! Highly recommend this shop, definitely the best jewelry store in Placer County!
