“I needed a new battery and after purchasing one I found the car is one where the battery is way back under the windshield. I could done it in my past especially with YouTube etc but it’s just not something I can do anymore. Five Star immediately offered their services, looked at what needed to be done and discussed it with me. There were a few customers in front of me which they took care of but they got the job done and got me out in a reasonable time. I was quite impressed by them.”
“I have had good experiences using their touchless car wash machine. There is a ceramic coating that can be applied that has worked well for protecting our new cars. There are not many good touchless car wash machines like this one in Rocklin/Roseville.”

“Rocklin facility is on both sides of the street, and of course I went to the wrong side. Other than that, love Dawson's. Always clean grounds, windows washer squeezes, and paper towels. Air and water always working.”

“This is a pretty decent self-serve car wash. The facilities seem relatively well-maintained, as compared to other self-serve car washes. The prices are fair and you can pay with a credit card which is convenient. The reason I took one star off this review is that the wash options available versus the ones advertised (on the bay walls) are not a match. They have fewer options than the posters say they have. Otherwise, this is a good wash that I would recommend.”

“I don't get the bad reviews. I come here regularly, because if you have rewards membership with them any size soda is 70cents! And I love their empanadas. Yes I know, gas station empanadas?! But they're good !! The place is always clean an stocked up. It's a gas station minimart, nothing special.... But they have great deals!”

“well well well... where do i even begin, first off id like to say as the auraking of the 916 location i recommend this car wash to everyone, as a professional car wash reviewer i'd love to say this is the greatest car wash i have ever been too, what makes this car wash so great are the employees and to be specific i am talking about Nigel, Jordan, and Troy. These 3 young men are the reason why this car wash is so great. Every time i make a stop at this car wash I get treated with out most respect by these 3 and i believe they should get a raise because of the job they are doing. They truly are amazing and the greatest car wash employees i have ever interacted with. If you ever see Nigel, Jordan, or Troy make sure to give them a thumbs up because they are the best.
