Hi Breezy,
I wanted to take the time to thank you for your assistance and thoughtful service in helping me order the replacement jets for our Jacuzzi! Naturally, it was a little extra work on your end since there's a million different models, styles and sizes, but your research along with providing me the jet placement diagram made it simple and easy, and I sincerely appreciate it!
We all know people will always take the time out of their day to complain about things in life, but rarely compliment when it's deserved, and you deserve it!

I recently made a large purchase of a custom, concrete fire pit and some Adirondack chairs. The chairs and fire pit arrived today safe and sound and look great. But the most impressive thing was the customer service I received from Breezy in the warehouse. There was an undisclosed detail at the time of purchase that Breezy had the unfortunate task of notifying me about. However, Breezy was also able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Breezy also worked hard to coordinate a crane company to lift the fire pit over my house and then another moving company to move the fire pit into position. I don't know how, but she did this all within a couple of hours. California Backyard is fortunate to have such an employee, Breezy is fortunate to be backed by support from California Backyard management and we customers are fortunate to have both!!

We purchased a Jacuzzi, and before we even got it delivered, we were notified of a safety recall on the heater. The spa was delivered and very soon after, California Backyard customer service scheduled Mat to come out and replace the heater. He quickly installed the replacement part and then took time to answer all of our questions and educate us about the functionality and maintenance care needed for our new spa. When our furniture was delivered the delivery team made quick work of delivering and setting up everything. They asked me my preferences and arranged the furniture exactly how I wanted it. We also ordered a pizza oven and we were not sure how we would get it over the unpaved path to the backyard. We thought we might need to hire a crane, but these guys figured out a way and they did a great job! Juan, Brad, and Jessie are assets to the California Backyard team, I appreciate that they were willing to go the extra mile to make my delivery go so smooth.

Our experience with Cal Backyard was excellent. Matt was very professional and answered all of our questions and walked us thru the entire process. Every time we emailed he replied right away. Once our spa was delivered, he came to our home to orient us to the chemical process. We would recommend Matt & Cal Backyard to our family & friends.

Not happy at all. Was happy with Mathew our salesperson but delivery service not. Had to end up paying another service to put in back yard after spa was left in front yard.

California Backyard, Kyle, was wonderful in answering all our questions. Kyle was knowledgeable about the smoker which helped a lot. The delivery men were polite and prompt. I appreciate them setting up the smoker for next day use. Thank you, all.

We purchased a jacuzzi from California Backyard and couldn't be happier. Salesperson Seth Morgan was fantastic. When a electrician was at our home and I called with a question that needed to be answered quickly, he even made a quick video of the spa and connections so the electrician could see it. Samantha Murphy coordinated our delivery and helped coordinate the crane needed for placement and everything was well organized and seamless. The delivery team was fantastic as well. They are professionals and top-notch!

You would think that you were asking them to donate a kidney. Trying to get help to repair furniture was a terrible experience. I don't recommend buying furniture from them if you expect maintenance or repair work in the future.

Thank you for the incredible customer service we received yesterday. We had issues with our Christmas tree lights, we were asked to bring the tree in and we were helped immediately! Shout out to Matt for his time and help resolving our issue with the lights on our Christmas tree. Everyone went above and beyond in helping us and really exceeded our expectations!
