Horrible experience, we canceledour extended warranty due to our trailer being totaled in a car accident. The extended warranty company refunded Bill Eads our money, but Bill won't give it to us. I guess we will see them in court.

I don’t even know where to start with the terrible office staff or maybe it’s their standard operating procedure to not payoff your Rv for 2 months after it’s sold and the new owners have taken possession and are already making payments. Only thing good about this place was the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and informative.

Please do not support this establishment. My experience with Bill Eads over the last year has been absolutely frustrating and a real nightmare. I have been dealing with a warranty claim for our new Arctic Wolf. I started the process in October 2022. January 2023 finally had the claim submitted after months of calling. I have been calling monthly since and was told waiting on parts. Tried to call this afternoon to find out they closed the service center due to mis management and left all customers high and dry in regards to service. Omar, Cynthia and Tamee are all a bunch of liars. Every time I would call it was a different story. After being told my part was on order for 6 months I found out they never ordered and have been lying. The dealership is no better. They didn’t bother to reach out to anyone and when I asked how to get this resolved I was told that I would just have to just go somewhere else. Please shop around. The pandemic RV bubble had already burst and I highly doubt Bill Eads will be around after the dust settles. Please do some reading and you will find dozens of other stories like mine of customers who were left without service and lied to.

Sale purchase was fine but we needed the fridge fixed and upon dropping it off was told will need to pick it up due to limited space until parts come in. 4 MONTHS later they have told me it was fixed 4 TIMES until I would coordinate to pick it up and then they would admit it’s not fixed yet. Had compressor board coming in last Wednesday, can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone until following Monday to find out that service dept is permanently closed and no one is around to find a way to get trailer back. We have continually got the run around and they have been the most unprofessional business I have dealt with ever. Worst customer service and sales dept is now just passing the buck and completely worthless. Do not buy from them!

We picked out our trailer in April 2023. Between the time we did the paperwork and went to pick it up (a week) the outside fridge was scratched A LOT and the inside fridge had a large, deep dent. Omar, the service manager, said they would order a new door and a new outside fridge and we wwould have them in a week or so. Well, that was two months ago and the ONLY time we hear from Omar is when WE call HIM and then he says the same old thing... We're waiting for the part but I will absolutely call you next week. DON'T BELIEVE HIM!! Get your RV somewhere else.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE.Just called to check on the status of my trailer after several ignored phone calls and months in the service department to find out the service dept has been shut down. Never deal with this place. Never purchase a trailer from them. They have been stringing me along since 2020, failing to repair parts under warranty, now my warranty is void. This is an insane business model. The sales dept needs to be shut down too.

Tj lost a sale with me…. He was the rudest person ever Kept hanging up the phone on me. I was just trying to buy a 40000 dollar travel trailer. I called on a Monday morning at 9 and he told me he doesn’t have time because hes going golfing. Like what? This was so shady. He would not send the full contract… the legalities part. He said i dont think this is going to work out. My accountant called anonymously and they did the same thing to him. They would not send the contract. If you are reading this please do not buy anything from this place… they will hustle you. Its a no go. I bought the same trailer from another dealer the next day. Have fun tj… smh.

Horrible customer service!! We bought our 2022 Wolf Pack in November. At first the customer service was responsive to small details that needed to be addressed. However, when we bought our 5th wheel, the shower door was broken. They told us no problem, we can get a replacement quickly. Months went by and no shower door. With many, many phone calls, finally my husband demanded they take it from another trailer on the lot as months had gone by without the shower doors. Next, our refrigerator broke a couple of weeks ago. My husband called. He did receive a call back to ask what the error codes were. After that they said they would order a new one from the manufacturer (it is under warranty). My husband has made at least ten phone calls, has been told Kerrie or Omar will call you back, with no return phone call. Yesterday he called again and was told by Omar that he or Kerrie would absolutely call with an update by 9:30 this morning on the frig. At 4:15 p.m. my husband, having not received a call at all, called again and was told that neither Omar nor Kerrie were there and they would tell Omar he called. I am on a business trip for the last two and a half weeks living in our trailer, with no frig. That's one thing. But to be so rudely ignored is another!!!!

Update after now 8 months, Bill Eads RV out of Davis California, still never registered & Licensed our Toyhauler. We finally had to contact former owner to get a copy of title. We registered and Licensed our Toyhauler ourselves. The Bill was over $1000. We then contacted Bill Eads to get Reimbursed for doing what they should have done all along. They of course declined to reimburse us. Please be cautious of buying your RV at Bill Eads, they really lack in customer service and communication.

Still not resolved, nothing has happen. Worst customer service I've ever experience. It has to start with management and work it self down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!! I dropped off my RV at Bill Eads service on Sept. 7th, 2022, as of today, February 14th still NOTHING!!!!This shop sat on my repair for nearly FIVE months. My insurance company stated the delay could affect my claim on repairs.I spoke to Omar again on January 20th and he assured me, this would be his top priority and he would make it right after such an unacceptable delay in repairing our RV.I FINALLY received the quote and approval this week and after emailing Omar on THREE different occasions asking for a call back, I have received nothing and nothing is being done.At this point, I'M DONE being patient and I'M DONE with BILL EADS RV!!!!I will NEVER deal with the unprofessional company again!!!

I called the number left by the business on the response of my review and asked for both the names mentioned, I was told both people no longer work there. I then asked for a manager and was told they were in a meeting, so I left my name and number so the GM could call me back. The GM/owner never called. I was contacted by the service manager that never called me back in the first place. It has been 4 months since then (and nearly two years since I bought my trailer) and nothing has been resolved. Again I caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice. Once they make the sale they completely write you off. Save your time and money.

Applied for a management job out there and it turned out to be a bait and switch. HR is very rude and unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential employees, I would hate to be doing business with these folks.
