Horrible experience, we canceledour extended warranty due to our trailer being totaled in a car accident. The extended warranty company refunded Bill Eads our money, but Bill won't give it to us. I guess we will see them in court.

I don’t even know where to start with the terrible office staff or maybe it’s their standard operating procedure to not payoff your Rv for 2 months after it’s sold and the new owners have taken possession and are already making payments. Still not resolved, nothing has happen. Worst customer service I've ever experience. It has to start with management and work it self down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
