What has happened to customer service at B of A? I go in to withdraw money from a savings account to buy a trailer from a private party. I walk in and it's very confusing as to where you're supposed to go. There used to be a tellers counter with 2 to 3 tellers. That is all gone now. I was approached by a female who I think was the manager who asked me what I needed. I told her what I needed and she then asked me if I had an appointment because teller needs are by appointment. I said I didn't have an appointment and that I never realize that we now had to make an appointment and she informed me that she would see if she could squeeze me in. After 10 minutes I was finally able to go behind the door to the teller. I explained what I wanted to do and his first question to me like how much is my savings account. I told him it was approximately X amount and he said that he needs to know the exact amount. He informed me that I had not to the ATM and get the exact amount and come back in to continue with the transaction. I asked why and he said it was to prove that I was who I was. I guess a drivers license, a ATM card with the code and knowing the approximate amount in both my savings and checking account wasn't good enough. I walked out In total disgust! I went down to US Bank where I also have a checking and savings account. I got the cash from them. All I needed was my debit card and the cash was made available to me. I have been a Bank of America customer since 1965. My first savings account was opened in 1965. My checking account was opened in 1977. My business accounts opened in 1983. All of them will be closed when I get my automatic payments and deposits switched over to my US bank accounts. It's just sad that I have to keep my CDs with them until they mature. But when they do mature, they will be moved immediately. I was also told by the mail teller this was the direction Bank of America was going with their branches. They only want your money and they only want you to use the ATM machines. They don't want you in the offices for anything other than applying for loans. Not good and not very good customer service to those who have been a lifetime customer.

Bank of America closed their Galleria location which means driving to Rocklin to find out they have 1 window for all cash needs. They have plenty of individual offices which are useless for day to day needs. Be prepared to ALWAYS wait.

Loved it. Location easy to find. 3 or 4 exterior ATMs available and lots of parking spaces.

DO NOT GO HERE! They remodeled to include only one teller. The wait is over 1.5 hours for a simple transaction. It feels like BoA wants you to do all of your banking online but I was just notified of a data breach.I will not return to this location, even though its near my house, i will gladly drive downtown to do my banking.If you go here be prepared to wait!

This is the worst bank or Bank of America I’ve ever seen. It used to have multiple tellers , even during the new remodel they had two tellers working and they couldn’t keep up with the flow of people coming in then , this bank has only one teller to help everyone that needs to complete a transaction that they can’t do on an ATM machine , so why only one teller???. I guess BofA doesn’t care about customer service anymore!!! Also waiting 20 minutes behind someone with to many problems for the teller to solve , this person kept the teller occupied so no one else could be helped. Myself and two people in front of me left disappointed, and ultimately drove to the Roseville branch that has more tellers to help. DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE , Bank of America needs a new leadership team.

Terrible, terrible!! The most terrible customer service you will get in a bank is at this location. On blonde lady in her 50s behave like she owns the place when I asked for a business appointment.

I've been calling all afternoon (916-435-2520) to get a hold of a representative at the branch but nobody is picking up. Frustrating.

The way this branch is run annoys me to no end, so many people standing around in the lobby trying to tell you where to go, asking a million questions and confusing everyone that comes in. Why do these people have a job? We know how a bank works. Banks made it many years without people directing them to one of the two places they could possibly go inside. They've reduced the tellers down to just one. For an industry that does mostly nothing but store our cash, it's alarming that they try to make it so difficult to use it, and act like we are a bother to them for needing things that we are paying for

Worst freaking bank in Rocklin, maybe the world. They don't give a rat's A$$ about the customer, (especially women) and you will die standing in line. Don't set up appointments-that work doesn't either.

I was told that this location is a financial planning center rather than a standard bank.Only has one teller window, long lines tend to form rather quickly.I had a deposit only, so the person at the front lobby area said she could help me. She could not scan check from the State of California to complete deposit so told me I had to wait in the teller line which of course is about an hour wait.Had to drive to the next BofA 15 minutes away. This is BS.
