Went in for mid-size car pop-up shades they only had extra large and the attendee said they'd fit a small car and they were gigantic not very good customer service

My windshield wiper fluid was out and I went to auto zone to get some wiper fluid. Kishan was fabulous!!! I'm 70 years old and I asked him to just tell me where in the engine to put it. I opened up the hood and saw what I thought was the wiper fluid vessel. Kishan came out of the store and brought a funnel and poured it in for me. He made my day. This may not seem like a big deal to most of you- but for a senior citizen it is!!! There seems to be a real shortage of kindness in this world today, But not at Auto Zone. Many Thanks to Kishan, your mother should be proud!!!

My childcare provider’s car battery died while she was caring for my child today. She was able to get the car jumped and drove straight to Autozone for replacement per my urging. She subsequently called me to tell me the employee who helped her at the counter responded with attitude, “…well I guess we could help you but I have to read instructions and don’t want to damage your car.” He was exceedingly rude. This poor reception and horrible customer service left her feeling so uneasy she chose to leave and have her car towed alternatively.This employee was so lazy he would rather sit on his phone than get up and help a stranded female motorist with a young child as it’s getting dark outside. We will NEVER bring our business back here. Your staff was an embarrassment today and he should personally be ashamed for his treatment of a young woman with a child.

Went in today 2-13-24 at 14:51pm for windshield wipers for my Honda Accord. The gentleman behind the counter Greg I believe. Not only did he look up and helped me pick out the correct size, but he even walked me outside and replaced the old with my new ones. He did it all without hesitation and with a smile. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great Customer Service at Autozone 5546

Taylor is amazing!!! she took the time to help me read my check engine light even tho i could tell she was slammed, she was super knowledgeable and made sure i understood what was going on with my car. she was super helpful give that woman a raise!
