“Had my BMW 535i serviced here. These guys know their stuff. Not only did they do a full service but they also installed a front lip and rear diffuser. I also got some coding done and had a few Dinan upgrades installed. Can't say enough good things about the shop. Igor the owner was very easy to work with and the turn around was very fast. “I wanted to take this opportunity to tell everyone about the exceptional customer service that I experienced in dealing with Shawn Mahdavi, Angel and Brian. I had found out that the car I bought had been wrecked and the problems were substantial. California transmission offers a free diagnosis of your transmission so I made an appointment for this service, but, unfortunately the technician had a family emergency so I rescheduled. Here’s what happened next. Shawn, without telling me, had Angel hookup the fancy diagnostic machine (MB) and explained everything to me. Not one single MB mechanic would do this gratis. He saved me almost $200 . I most definitely recommend this company for anyone needing an honest answer. Thanks guys! Kelly G.”

“This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair. If you need your car worked on, hit these guys up they’re the real deal.”
“I believe Dan was building cars out of sticks when he was 4 years old.He fixed a rear trunk lock when other shops were afraid to tackle it.we have used his services several times over the years and found him to be reasonably priced. On our latest job, he improvised and saved us a lot of money. We're seniors and Dan treats us like he would his parents!Ron Reid 87 years old.”

I also felt as though I could really trust them. I overheard another conversation about someone who brought in their car after going somewhere else. This could have been an opportunity to take advantage of him, but instead, they carefully documented everything, took pictures, explained everything, fixed they issues, and did not push for other services. I was impressed.”

They took the time to explain the repairs needed, provided a detailed estimate, and answered all of my questions regarding what the inspection brought up.
