In the middle of a long drive I had a switch in my car come loose. I called ahead and not only did Athena arrange to fit me in but ahead had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes!! That was a surprising and amazing experience. I can't remember the last time I had an issue resolved at any dealership in less than an hour! Thanks Audi Rocklin and Athena

Shout out to my service advisor Mike for always being communicative and making sure his customer needs are met to the best of his ability! I have always had a pleasant experience at Audi Rocklin even under circumstances regarding my vehicle inconveniences. They make sure I leave taken care of. Shout out to him and his team!

I had a great experience at Audi of Rocklin. Jeff Ball and team made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. It was almost as though I was spending the day hanging out with an old friend. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision at any point. All information provided was clear and accurate, with no surprises. I have visited multiple Audi dealerships in the Sac and East Bay areas, and this experience was by far the best. I love my new car!

Kris was super helpful helping us understand where we fit in the trim levels and getting us what we needed as first time Audi customers. They were also super helpful making a transition from a leased vehicle of another brand and got us through the process painlessly. One doesn't buy cars super often but this will be the first place we go back to when it's time. Recommended.

I took my daughters Audi to Audi Rocklin for service on Feb 26, 2024 for an oil change. This morning my daughter told me that the Service Light was still on....so I called the service department and Spoke with Michael V. (Service Advisor) who helped us out before. I mentioned that they forgot to clear out the "Service in 1000 miles/30 days". He told me that means that they have to hook it up to their machine and do a service to the vehicle. I told him that we did do the 65K Service in advance at Audi Sacramento. My daughters vehicle has 68,491 miles as of today. He told me that they would have TO DO A 95k Service to the vehicle and with the discounted oil change that we just did it would be an add'l $1200 more. He told me that a 50k and the 65K Service was done on the vehicle but its the mileage OR its a time thing. I'm not kidding you. Holly Molly, use common sense. So I just got back from a specialized auto place in Folsom and the owner could not believe what I was telling him. I showed him all the paperwork that was done and he couldn't believe that Audi Rocklin would not reset the Service button....so he hooked it up to his machine and reset it for us. Please look at the pictures and see for your self. I always pay a little extra and go to the dealer but when someone is trying to take advantage of you.....just run. I definitely do NOT recommend having your car serviced here. Henry & Kristi L.

I should have read all the negative reviews. Don't buy your next Audi from Audi Rocklin The service dept(in my opinion) cuts corners. Purchased a CPO S6 and had to replace rear brakes after 5000 miles. When purchased, the rear brakes were at 5mm. The front pads were at 8mm. Now the rear inner pads are at 2 mm, the rear outer pads stayed the same (5mm). The front pad stayed the same and the tires stayed the same ... no wear. How is that logically possible? I will be selling the car as I have concerns about safety. Btw, the rear sensor was also cut according to a different certified Audi dealership. That explains why a warning light never came on. I also filed a complaint with AudiUSA.. This is my 3rd Audi and will be my last.

I absolutely adored my car salesman KRIS He turned what can often be a stressful / overwhelming car buying experience into an incredibly enjoyable one . From the moment I stepped into Audi of rocklin he was attentive profesional knowledgable and went above and beyond to ensure I get the vehicle for my needs and answers all my questions . This place was horrible the workers were very disrespectful and judging us and treating us differently because of the way we were dressed. I DO NOT recommend coming here and would say to just go to another Audi dealership.

There should be a no star rating!! I gotta vent here!!!! Please never buy a new car alone! I purchased a new Audi at ROCKLIN AUDI in August! It is the worst purchase ever made! I think this dealership needs to be sued on how they treat the elderly , to me it warrants "abusive elderly care" ! Maybe a special attorney will DM me! Maybe some of you know I don't make personal posts on my Facebook, only up lifting, or great pics, educational, or food for thought! My blood is boiling! Not only did I get suckered into buying with no prior intention but I was kept there for 9 hrs!!! Yep 9 hrs, no break for lunch or dinner and didn't even have breakfast before! I was offered water (Gee thx) around 5 pm I realized a mistake or miscalculation and asked for my car back to drive home ! I was instead taken into an office and the Mgr or owner came in and worked on me again. I asked for my car back and said I just want to go home! After working on me for two more hrs and trying to sign some paperwork via a iPad that was just a "touch here to sign" I was instructed to come back tomorrow for something not really sure because nothing was understood since I was not functioning normal. More detail, too long to go thru . They had me sign for extended warranty after my warranty would expire in aprox 4 yrs! My son reviewed what I said and he said they raped you and left you for dead! Omg this should not have happened ! Cancel the extended warranty immediately and I don't think there is anything you can do since u drove off the lot, but we will seek legal advice! Trying to pay off some loan they did cause he was "calling in a favor " they tacked on the warranty to the loan! 3 months later guess who does not have the 5495.00 cancelled warranty ck in hand??? The dealership has got it, on 10/3/23! Trying to pay off the remainder of a loan that should have never happened so this dealership does not earn extra dollars for securing more money for them in their financing! I wanted to pay off immediately and they said the 5495 is still in the pay off! I said no it shouldn't be it was cancelled, shame on the dealership for processing a cancelled warranty and more shame that they have not reported or given the monies to reflect it is not in the loan so the loan could be paid off! Please do not deal with ROCKLIN AUDI !!!! They are as crooked as a 3 dollar bill. Be careful of any senior going in alone cause they will take advantage of them anyway they can! Plz share with ten of your friends! I will seek legal advice! By the way Jamie (the salesman) apologized the next day for the bad treatment of me and the dealership, I said plz give me back my Lexus! He smiled! (Add insult to injury! ) How can he live with himself! I also posted on my Facebook page! Update!!! Still zero refund on added warranty! 11/7/23!!!!!!! Express my dissatisfaction Luke??? Shame on you, ask Jamie what I said and my dissatisfaction??? He even told me to plz be careful not to put anything in a survey being sent to me because it was his "report card" that was disparaging to the survey I was going to be sent!!!! I told him I couldn't fill it out now cause I was too distraught at driving off the lot and being sucked into a contract that shouldn't be legal cause all I was told to do was "touch the" x" on the iPad!!!! Couple days later... Try next day when I had to come in to give you monies since you were closing the night before! When I asked for the keys back for my Lexus and wanted to go home at 5pm after being there for 7 hrs you took me into another office where you kept apologizing it was cold in there but that's the only office you had for me to wait!!!! Luke prove you have had anyone call me to this date!!!! Your words are empty, shame on you for not following up!!!! Maybe you already knew how dissatisfied I was! Buy back my car, please at the price you sold me it!!! I would like to post that for something Audi Rocklin did for me, that's how much I hate my Audi. Lexus has so much more to

Service is horrible. Mike and Leon are unresponsive and beat around their mistakes. We were miss diagnosed time and time again but never got money back on the $4,000 first problem that wasn't even broke. I'm sick to my stomach about it. Tons of money on what ended up being a $200 fix. Very sad.

My comments are based on my experience in working with Athena Higbee (my service advisor) at Audi Rocklin over the past several years including the most recent visit. 1. Responsiveness: When it comes to answering calls, or responding to a question, Athena is outstanding in responding in a timely manner. 2. Expertise: she has vast knowledge of Audi vehicles - their design, working and maintenance. It is a pleasure to converse with someone who knows their product/service. 3. Honesty and integrity: I find the advice and information to be reliable and credible.4. Overall Service: When dealing with routine maintenance or break downs, one needs assurance that the service person is an expert, honest and reliable person. Athena is that person and I trust her advice and recommendations. She is a model for others to follow in industry.

Summary: great place to buy a certified pre-owned Audi, watch out for predatory service packagesNice dealership, sales staff are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Finance department was not a highlight (I suggest bringing a male relative/friend if you are a female) but relatively quick in general. Service center is great, quick and professional. Overall a good experience in the 3 years since I've purchased my car from this location and come for service. One caveat- I do not recommend purchasing the Audi Care package. I purchased a package that included a total of 4 services. However, I found out that because I'd purchased the car certified pre-owned from Audi Rocklin, they had already performed one of the services before I bought the car. As a result, I paid for 4 services and only got 3. I was not told this at the time I purchased the Audi Care plan, and they will not refund the 4th service.

I have purchased multiple Audis over the past ten years and I can say, without a doubt, Audi Rocklin is the best in the business. I recently purchased my latest Audi (2020 Q8) from Niello Audi and I will never stray from Audi Rocklin again. I recently had to take my Q8 in for a quick repair (license plate mount, damage I caused myself) and when I called Athena in the Service Department she immediately got me in for an appointment the next day so I wouldn't be driving around without a back license plate. She kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle at all times and made me feel like I was her only customer that day. Additionally, she is this attentive EVERY TIME I have to take my car(s) in for service. Again, I will never make the mistake of venturing away from Audi Rocklin!!
