This store sucks. I did a trade in on my two androids. When I brought the old phones in to get the credit the paperwork was incorrect. It stated I was only getting a $175 credit for both phones and it should have been a $2000 credit for the two trade-ins with their current special. They also said the model of phone I was trading in was different than the ones I gave them. The old dude in the store said he could not fix it, the manager had too. I came back the next day and the store was closed because the manager was on lunch. I have called the store multiple times a day and can't get a hold of anyone. Yesterday the support team over the phone said the manager was on lunch at 2pm and would be back by 2:30 pm. I get there at 2:40pm and they were still closed until 3:30pm. Nobody at AT and T customer service is helping me and this store is a joke. I keep getting the run around and the people on the phone that can hardly speak clear english keeps telling me "Im sorry there is nothing we can do, the store manager has to do it", and the store manager is never in touch. Clown show!

Was the best experience I’ve ever had with a phone transaction. Especially switching another carrier. But this was seamless and also they took the time to explain how and what he was doing and told us we could save 50 per month by doing a simple thing with my account. So over all I would deal with anyone else again.

Lively was amazing and very knowledgeable about the phones and my selection. It was very nice knowing that he took his job seriously and wanting the best for my needs. He was very helpful on my purchase of my new phone and accessories. Thank u Lively, you made a much dreaded time more worthy.

If you like getting ripped off and lied to go to this location. You stole my money and have done NOTHING to fix the problem but blame other people. I left with NO phone and you charged my credit card and I have never got a refund. This location is ran by unqualified employees. How are you going to charge my credit card for a phone YOU don't have in stock and not refund me ??? I am forced to take legal action against you to get my money you stole. The owner should really close this location you don't know how to run a business.

3rd party store. Needed to get a phone, and they were closed and locked tight prior to their posted closing time. ?Barely made it to the company-owned store on Douglas prior to closing there as well—who then hooked us up with a phone and some good advice.

The associates are nice and mean well but are astonishingly untrained and generally slow and incompetent. I would assume this is a management problem. They seem to be thrown to the wolves, and the customers who spend an hour for what should be a 20 minute visit are the ones who pay.

I just got back from the ATT store in Rocklin at The Crossings. I had called to get a phone upgrade and was told a person from Assurion would come to my home and transfer my data from the old to the new phone. She was supposed to be there between 2pm and 4 pm. She was late. Had lunch with her boss and never apologized for being late. She’s been on the job for 6 months and she wasn’t able to transfer my data. The issue was she said she checked my phone to see if there was an update that needed to be installed and she said there wasn’t. As it turns out there was an update that was needed before a data transfer could be made, but now the phone was not usable.Telling me repeatedly that this never happens was NOT helpful . We could only get the transfer done at an ATT store.When we got to the store we were pleasantly greeted by Lively and he was very confident that he could get me up and running in no time. In addition he made sure to help me find everything I needed for the new phone… charging pad, pop socket, phone case and screen protector. He also helped my husband with his IWatch providing us with full details on next steps with insurance to replace his battery.Lively is very customer oriented and can multitask like I’ve never seen before. He helped me, my husband and another customer all at the same time and we all felt like his attention was on our individual needs. He likes a “clean lobby”. Fast, efficient, super interesting and massively knowledgeable.My husband and I actually enjoyed our time waiting for the data transfer hanging out just talking with Lively and Nick. Imagine going to a cell phone store and actually enjoying the whole experience ? Lively and Nick were fantastic to work with and I’d encourage others to use this store because of them.

Don't go here expecting customer service. I arrived 40 minutes before closing to pay my final bill and the door was locked with an associate helping 1 person inside. He finally opened the door and said he could not help us because he was selling a phone and by the time he would be finished it would be after closing time. I ended up having to drive to Roseville to make the payment.No I am even happier that I switched service to another provider. With higher prices, bad 5G cover and customer service like this why would anyone use AT&T?

Avoid this store! Drive a few more minutes up the freeway and go to another AT&T store.I don't usually write reviews unless it's really bad. We went into this store to switch from Verizon to AT&T and an employee named Roy helped us. From the get-go it was very apparent he had no idea what he was doing and was rude to my wife and I. He was also extremely belittling to the ladies he helped before us. He offered us a promotion for an iPhone 14 Plus and we accepted. 3 days later when the phone was delivered he called us and said that he accidentally gave us a promotion that ended the day before we went in (he lied, I confirmed with AT&T). He rudely said that we had to pay the full $900 price of the phone or bring it back to the store and pay a $56 restocking fee. He said we could fight AT&T if we wanted to get reimbursed for the restocking fee. A red flag I should have picked up on was that during the transaction he kept saying how past customers keep blaming him for fraudulently selling phones. If Roy was friendly or even had a slight idea what he was doing then I could look past this and get over it, but his attitude was terrible and condescending.
