Several times being here NO PAPER TOWELS in 6 of the dispensary. Also the concrete desperately needs to be pressure washed.

Have been coming here on average of 1-2 times per week for the touchless car wash. Today, my vehicle still had soap on it when the machine said it was done. I immediately pulled over to the front and went in and told the clerk what happened and asked if I could run it through again on rinse only. His response was 'let me get some windex and paper towels' and wipe it down?? I'm sorry, this is a new truck ( 1 year old) and there's no way I'm doing that. There was a bit of a language barrier and it was very frustrating. I was very excited to find a touchless carwash in my neighborhood, but will probably not come back. Now I have to go find a self serve car wash to rewash my truck. Not worth it.

This a.m./p.m. has a big selection of different drinks, snacks & things you might need. So many people who go here are regulars. Most of the cashiers will learn your name or at least remember you if you ask their names. Good people.

Carwash broke half way through and got stuck. Nobody came to help in a 15 minute time frame, nobody answered the phone as I called repeatedly. Did not want to leave car because I had my 3 year old with me and didn't feel like having it turn on while in there. Finally went in, told cashier, she laughed. If you guys have no way of knowing a machine broke with a car in it, answer the phone!

Tuesday mornings graveyard shift employee just told me the stores going to be closed for 5 minutes when I pull up so he can smoke a cigarette!? Are you kidding?!

We had 3 cars on the car wash, had to get a new windshield on one, my husband goes on to get a new sticker, the employees have no idea, they sent a text to the owner and promised someone would reach out, 5 weeks in a row my husband tried with the employees promising a call back and it never happened. My husband finally took the one car off and we soon will be taking the other 2 in January. Guess the $60 they will be losing a month doesn't make a difference to the owner.

Car wash damaged my car, new cashier wouldn't touch my items, pushed the scanner at me and a plastic bag. Used to have good employees.

Everytime I go here there's a problem. I came once and they were closed cause whoever was on break so we waited and gave them an extra 10min and they still were sleeping. Then I came at like 10pm know one was there, doors locked and for no reason posted

Here often, service is hit or miss. Have 2 of my car's signed up for the car wash, went in today around 4 to get the 3rd one signed to up and employee had no idea and said to come back. If there are certain sign up hours that should be posted. Speaking of being posted, on the door is a sign that masks are a requirement to enter due to Covid, yet the only one wearing a mask was me, and there were TONS of customers inside. Why are they not enforcing this?

Went through this car wash for the first time in awhile, I used to go all the time when it was 5 bucks and got a pretty decent wash, rinse and dry. now its 9 bucks and they cut back on the rinse and dry cycles. It was supposed to do a touch less wash and it did not. As the brushes were coming down on my nice paint job I yelled Noooo! terrible job after I went through there was still soap on the car and did not dry the whole back end of the car. I complained enough and called Karm the so called owner of this business. He only offered another wash for free. Said he gets hundreds of washes a day and doesn't get complaints. I expected him to review the wash, rinse and dry schedules but Karm obviously doesn't care at all. I went home and washed the car myself. Terrible customer service Karm, whats wrong with you? Quick Quack is soo much better and they care.
