Deliveries never happen by days promised. Almost impossible to get them to fix their billing mistakes. So many options to buy gas from that are better.

I got an exchange from the dispenser at local Warmart in Rocklin. Received tank was dirty. At least they should clean them a little not selling filthy tanks to customers.

to speak to the other reviewer I am glad that Brady restored your faith in AmeriGas because since they "partnered" with UGI the nations largest propane distributer and outsourced the customer service they also charge outrageous prices. in Grass Valley they charged me $5.10 per gallon when todays prices are $3.36 in California. they also charged me for 145 gallons when the tank is a 95 gallon tank, the meter reading the guy took was a 51 gallon difference and they charged 145 gallons. I dispute even the 51 gallon bill but I would pay it except I could only talk to the lady in India, she would not call me back- she told me to call her back in a few days to get a new invoice?I asked to get a local phone number for the Amerigas in Grass Valley and she said they no longer have the local places take phone calls! I am switching this tenant to the best propane company that I currently use at my home which is Acme Propane Inc. they have always been the best and family owned they service Lincoln, Grass Valley and the Rocklin Loomis area, at least I know they do those areas because my work uses them for the rentals. they have always been honest with pricing.I am shocked at the treatment I have gotten from Ameri Gas. Going after the bigger monies I guess. No local customer service does it for me GOODBYE. I hope you check your meter readings and the price they are charging you on the bill. IF you have a person to call then you are doing way better than the service I got from this company.

I just updated this as I started with a 1 star review. I really think it's a huge diservice that Amerigas has resourced out their over the phone customer service, as I believe that the customer service experience has declined significantly compared to when they had staff answering phones at their Colfax location.That said, after several delays (and running out of propane due to errors by Amerigas) Brady Strong came out to fill our tank and he was terrific! Brady was very professional, kind/nice, humble, and clearly experienced. Brady restored my faith in Amerigas (though I hope to never have to call their customer service call center again). Thanks, Brady, for taking excellent care of us.
