I went in to fax some documents, the gentleman at the counter was aloof not very customer service friendly. After he faxed everything he disappeared so after 5-10 minutes and not seeing him I asked the lady at the counter for help she was so polite and friendly. This was my one and only trip to this location out of convenience from now on I will use ups on sunset never had a problem there before

This place is great. The people inside are super nice, and they packed everything great. But what really took the cake for me was the free label printing. That’s right, if you have your label ready to go, they will print it for free. I’ll be visiting this place again for sure.

Aim has been great when I’m shipping a multitude of packages and need all the options in one location. Their other services are great as well (e.g. notary). Staff are friendly and helpful. ??

Our company submitted a Fedex package and the representative at this location assured us that the package would go out that day. Instead, for whatever reason, they held the package over the weekend and didn't submit to Fedex until the following Monday. The package contained important time-sensitive documents that needed to be shipped on the day submitted. When confronting the manager, Ramsey, with this problem, Ramsey could not explain why the package didn't go out and was extremely rude. We have had other problems with the management at this location since the center changed ownership hands. I would not submit any packages to be shipped at this location if they are time-sensitive.

I recently had to ship a Ukulele I sold from ebay. Ramsey the owner of AIM was extremely helpful. I originally went in to buy a box but because it was an odd shape he had to cut one down. He did that and actually said it might be cheaper if I used the shipping eBay provides. He took care of the shipping himself and saved me the process. Great guy and and customer service.

This is hands down the best shipping store. I return a lot of items often :) and have been to many different stores. The customer service here compared to others is amazing. Didn't get the owners name but he helped me with my returns, printed items for free, taped up my packages and was so patient with me. I'm always asked to pay for tape, labels, printing a label etc but he said anytime I needed a label to email them and they'd print for me. Highly recommend this shop !

This is a nice convenient courier place close to home and the stores I shop. There usually is no line, or it's a very short wait if there is a customer ahead of me.
