This location literally took my money and said bye. I ordered two buffalo chicken rollers and they proceed to charge me for two additional Monterey Jack Chicken rollers and didn’t return my money when they were told. $5.98 was how much they stole

Not sure what happened to this location,but with new employees being incredibly inattentive and prices being higher than all other 7-elevens in the area, this location has gone down hill.7-eleven on Sunset Blvd. not even one minute up the road has cheaper prices.

Watch the price they are ringing things up for, I was charged 3.59 & 3.69 (same pack different price) for 2 15 piece pack of 5 gum, when the true and correct price is $1.99. Not only are the employees rude, they are apparently creating whatever # they want to charge, nice!

They never honor the 7-eleven app deals even if you've redeemed points. They'll remove the app promotions. Other than that I don't mind purchasing from here.

This 7-Eleven has the rudest customer service the guy that works behind the counter never ever says hello because he's too busy on the phone the entire time you were in the store he is speaking to someone on the phone through his earpiece he ignores you when you're talking to him he ignores you when you walk in because he still on the phone with whoever he's speaking to it doesn't matter if it's five minutes you're in the store or 20 minutes he will stay on the phone talking to whoever he's on the phone with through his earpiece and completely ignore the customer and then when he goes to ring up your items he doesn't even allow you enough time to enter your phone number to get your credit and your rewards points he just tells you your total this 7-Eleven Hass to be the worst I don't know if it's family owned because it seems like most of the 7-Eleven's in this area all treat their customers the same they don't speak to them they don't acknowledge them and they are always on the phone on their Bluetooth talking to someone else in another language it's very rude very disrespectful and I will tell everyone I know to not use this 7-Eleven I am over how rude they are and I am over how disrespectful they are when we walk into a store to spend money at their store they cannot even stop and hang up the phone and have to still continue a conversation with a third-party

Bought a soda and when I opened it, it smelled foul. I took it back to ask if I could exchange it and was told I could not. So they sell bad product and then don't exchange it once they are notified. Won't be stopping there again.

Indian girl that works in the morning always has an attitude. Did not say "hi" once or "thank you". She just looks at you, scans your items, stares at you while you get your payment ready. During the whole transaction, there was silence.

Indian girl that works in the morning is always on her phone, ear buds in the ear & talking, not only talking but shitting talking about the customers. She doesn't realize it's 2022 & people know more than 1 language now days. SHE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever!! She needs proper training & hello it's not hard to be nice & great people coming in and out. You're in the service industry after all.

Same as all others but one big difference. The price on the shelf is different than the register. Let it slide for too long and the public needs to know. Last visit for me was this morning. The blue monster was $2.89 each or two for $4.50 at the freezer. At the register the one drink was $3.50 plus tax which is $3.80 total. The staff was on the phone talking another language (typical at this location) and made me wait 60-120 seconds when at the counter to even acknowledge I was there. . Hard to word this any nicer. Highly recommend not going here unless you like false marketing and poor service!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR FLUMS!!! The sell fake vapes and when u notice they have messed with it they won't take it back or give you a return...absolutely disgusting taste. If you're looking for genuine decent people this isn't the place to go. They don't even deserve a rating of one star if I could I would give them a 0 !
