PLEASE READ! FAKE POKÉMON CARDS! Recently, I visited this 7-Eleven, and while I was there, they had some boxes of Pokémon cards at the front counter. I've never seen this box before, assuming it was a brand new pack. I purchased it, the price $5.00. I brought it home immediately, and opened the box. The first two cards were upside down and the back facing me. The other cards behind it were all having the face facing me. That's not normal in other card packs! The first card was a gold card, which is incredibly difficult to get. The gold card was not shiny, and it is an item card, which the "I" in "ITEM" was missing, along with the item card saying "HP 380". An item card does not have HP!! I brought these cards to a store that collected and sold Pokémon cards. They confirmed they all were FAKES! Do not buy Pokémon cards at this location!! They are selling fake cards and making money off of innocent customers!!! NOTE: The boxes are Paldea Evolved, the box colors are Red, Green, Purple, etc.

I ordered iced coffee and got a cup with an open lid and a straw that was so short you couldn’t grab it. This is the serving day in a row. Please put the correct straw in for your large iced coffee and make sure it has a lid that is closed with only a straw hole

The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean. The price for Gas is normally good and never a wait for a pump or backed up traffic.

BEWARE - FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. Went to get gas today and the pump said “See cashier”. Went inside to pay and as soon as I walked out the store my bank messaged me if i used my card at 7-ELEVEN because they thought it was fraud. Received an email that $100 was attempted to be pulled out ON TOP of what I actually paid. Luckily My bank is awesome and stopped it before I even noticed.I didn’t do anything different, just inserted my card into the chip reader at the register. So be careful everyone.

The person behind the counter was so kind! I want to thank him for recommending that I join the rewards when I purchased! Also--I was surprised and delighted that you now have zero calorie Vitamin Water slurpees!!!! Yay!!!!

I asked the employee for a certain piece of pizza, gave me the wrong one. So I pointed out which one. He was like it’s supreme. I said I know, I want this piece that I pointed out to you. His response... No no, I don’t have time, and waved his hand (like saying bye). I’ve been going here for 3+yrs and never experienced the rudeness I received today. What he did was uncalled for and I didn’t appreciate being treated that way.

So cashier and I were unable to figure out how to redeem the coupon for Muscle Milk products (& still don't know how! Help?). It was a $2.50 off one tho (a good one!), so I wanted to use it...So to solve the problem the cashier used some of his points (and he had a LOT anyways!) to buy $2.50 of my items (worked out well really)! Problem solved! Outstanding on the the fly thinking sir!
