Beware of this store. I am leaving this review simply as a warning. I was here in uniform to buy some snacks for my family and I while in the neighborhood for a tire appointment. The bag of cheetos I bought was poorly kept and looked a bit strange. Tasted horrible, and it had some dark specs inside. Went to exchange it and the cashier would not. Absolutely unacceptable and cheapskates here. Fortunately I don't need the money. It was over priced too at $5.69 for the bag. Never again.

Went to get a slurpee at night on 7-Eleven and it was 10:45. The attendant put a sign out that said no more slurpees so I went in to ask and he said no more slurpees 7/11 day is over. It was 10:30 I would understand at midnight but it wasn't midnight and I was denied that luxury after a long day of working.

Warning: There is an ongoing scam at this station all customers should be aware of. They have handwritten notes on all their pumps requesting to pay inside. When you pay inside you are faced with guessing how much gas you need to buy. I told them $100. I was under the assumption that this was an amount that I was authorizing up to but no further. I pumped my gas and drove away. I came a second time and did the same thing. Same signs on pumps/ BTW, this note scam has been going on now for about three months but more on that later. So, I did the same transaction again as I previously stated. After topping off the gas and before I drove away it occurred to me to maybe go in and ask for a receipt. When I requested the receipt, I discovered that the store was billing my CC for the full $100. I then asked for the change due. The clerk (Indian) looked incredulous. He muttered something about how I wanted my change. I said put it back on my card. He said he can't do this. Only cash. What is going on here? He said they were having trouble with the CC reader at the pumps and were trying to fix it. Really? I then asked him that when I initially requested to authorize the $100 charge on my card I had assumed that the store was only going to charge for the gas I pumped and no more. He said no, they will charge the full amount. This now means you need to be a good guesser as to how much gas you need or you will overpay. I then asked him that if I hadn't returned to request the receipt then would I have missed being given my change due since they bill the full amount? He got quiet and finally said ... yes. Now I knew I had been scammed on my first visit! I told him this. He had no answer. Played dumb. I asked him why there was no sign posted telling the customer to return for change if it was due. Again, no answer. I left and reported this to the 7-Eleven corp website. In return I got an email for a Mr. Jagdeep Singh (supposed owner). He told me sorry and asked me for the date, CC info and time of that first visit. He said he would look into it. This was two months ago. No answer. I went by the store. I dropped of all my contact info. Mr. Singh has this anyway but I'm wanting to get this reconciled. Still no signage in the store regarding this deceptive pay inside BS. No contact. Finally and lastly, I called corp 7-Eleven. They told me that they would get back to me. No response. So I'm sorry for this long review but it needs to be no stars. The Indians are scammers at this station! I am trying to imagine all the customers that go thru there and unwittingly authorize an amount on their CC assuming like I did that they would only be charged what they pumped and that didn't happen. They keep your change due! It's no surprise that the signs on the pumps telling you to pay inside are still up!

I just had a horrible experience at this location. I just wanted a soda, and was asked for my phone number. I have the cashier my number. And he then asked if I had downloaded the app. I told him I was not interested. He continued to get me to get me down load the app. Finally a second man came out of the back trying to get me to down load the app. I told him I didn't want more information sharing info on my phone. He insisted that they don't share information. I told him I didn't care but he wouldn't leave well enough alone. When I asked for a manager he said he was a corporate manager. I understand trying to upsell costumers, but this guy Josh took the process to an unprofessional manor. He was unprofessional and hostile during this exchange. When I told him I intended to complain he said that his managers would just know that he was doing his job. Hopefully this is not how 7-Eleven conducts

Wish I could give zero stars.. I went to get a medium slurpee which is usually around 2 dollars.. I handed the cashier a five and he said it was nine dollars.. confused I paid the full nine and got my receipt and saw he charged me what the customer before me bought.. don't go to this 7- Eleven unless you absolutely need to. The cashier also had both AirPods in and was on his phone.. terrible customer service!!

Tried to use the bathroom today her after getting fuel and the bathroom is closed just for employees. I don't like Cheap lazy people having establishments. I wish we can keep owners like this out of our towns.

Beware of the fountain drinks. The syrup to water ratio is off, and everything tastes disgusting. It's been like this before, but never as bad as today. The guy working was of zero help, and wouldn't issue me a refund for the product, or try to fix the machine. This particular 7-Eleven is an INCONVENIENCE store. I was forced to call corporate and complain at which point I received comp points to make up for my loss. Took 40 mins to complete. It's not about the money, it's the principle. I will never be returning.

Pretty sure my card info has been stolen from this location. Twice now within 3 days of pumping at this place my card info was used online. Also have another friend who had the same thing happen. Be wary

Only giving one star because zero isn't an option. Horrible customer service, rude and he redeemed my free slurpee and I didn't even get one. I only found out because I later got a notification on my phone. I have never been to this 7-11 and will NEVER return. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. There are so many 7-11's nearby, do yourself a favor and go to another store otherwise they may "steal" from you too. It's not about losing the free slurpee but it is the lack of morals.
