Sam is an amazing lender Zip mortgage great company. When we first met Sam like 3 years ago we did not qualify but he sat with us gave us a game plan to follow. We did exactly what he told us to do came back to him and boom we qualified. It was not an easy task to buy our home there was ups and downs and after three escrow attempts we did it we got a home. Thank you again Sam and zip mortgage. Very informative very patient and answers all questions promptly

Great customer service and constant follow up. Transparency in all aspects of the loan transaction. My husband and I received the utmost professionalism from Samuel when it came to selling and buying our new home. He gave us professional advise on what was best for our families financial situation.
