I really would like to leave a positive review however it's hard. I can say the property management staff are nice and likeable however not effective. Staff is constrained by top management/owner resulting in the company song and delay dance without addressing HOA issues. Finally after 20 plus years the management contract has been terminated.

If you don't want your backyard, the common areas of your property looks like the photos below, then hire WSR Real Estate & Property Management. But, if you desire a well maintain landscaped backyard or a well maintain common area in your community, find a company who takes pride in the services they provide.
