I think the Doctor for his response of my review. But I disagree her approach of euthanasia of my pet. She had no intention of treating Lupe. She was in-no pain snd the assistant's said she was stable. You are defending your Doctor. I think she needs some sensitivity training. I think she was very unprofessional. I guarantee that the Doctor did not give Lupe the shots. Most likely the assistant gave the shots to end her life. I heard her scream leaving the building.
Shame on me for taking Lupe in to clinic to check her back leg.
The last post I recommended patients to go to Alessandro Animal Hospital in Moreno Valley.

Our dog Tommy developed a hematoma in his ear. This is not the first time he has had one before it was his other ear. The staff there knew what todo and what worked best for Tommy. He is now home recovering due to their expert care. Also the doctors and support staff there are wonderful too.

A few weeks ago we brought in our 9 year old Norwegian Forrest cat, Calvin to see Dr. Pawar because he started limping on his front leg. It was a Thursday evening and we were worried about going into the weekend with his injury. I called Thursday afternoon and was able to get him in on Friday morning. After x-rays and a complete exam he was given meds and rest. He's doing great now. A few weeks later we brought in our 12 year old senior calico cat, Miss Sydney for a senior wellness exam with Dr. Mann. And we all know how vocal they can be...
Everyone was so kind and gentle with her. The doctor did all the necessary tests and exam for our senior kitty. We appreciate how thorough the doctors and staff are. Not only are the doctors great but the staff is AWESOME!! Always professional, helpful and friendly everytime I call. Thank you for all you're doing during these crazy times.. We highly recommend this clinic. They are wonderful!!

Woodcrest veterinarian is the best. They are always so sweet and kind to both me and Finnegan. He’s just an 8 pound flame point Persian and the dogs make him a little nervous but they are always so sweet to him and handle with care. Thank you for being there for us. We love all of you.?

Was debating on leaving a review but I feel people should be aware. This vet has the absolute worst communication and just wants your money. I took my cat in to get checked as she was loosing weight and they recommended blood tests and ultra sounds as the most likely way to diagnose and find what was wrong with her. They told me the ultra sound would take about 2 hours and they would give me a call. I call them after that mark and they still hadn't done it yet and no one had contacted me that it was delayed. My cat sat there for 7 hours and I had to be the one to keep calling them to get updates. They finally told me to come in and she would be ready upon getting there they still hadn't even started on her yet. They finally do the ultra sound and tell.me I'd have results the following Tuesday at the latest. Surprise they never called, and I had to call the following day to get my results which they said they had but the doctor was gone already and he was the only one who could go over the results. Finally later that day they call to go over everything and than after I'd already spent a lot of money on all the tests than the doctor says she has all the system of hyperthyroidism and we should do the blood test for that next. Which was an 80$ test vs the 800$ they had first recommended.
How is it she has all the symptoms and they just happen to go to the most expensive tests first even though she was already having her blood drawn and it could've been added in.
Ridiculous lack of communication from everyone in that office aside from one lady at the front when I called to get the paperwork to go to a new vet (I believe her name was Nicole) she was the only one while i was waiting to have her documents emailed that called me to let me know it would be delayed and than after it was sent did a follow up to make sure it was received.
But how is it that no one else can pick up a phone to give an update while my cat is in their care and they give me a time frame that isn't going to be met absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend Dr. Mann to care for any animal.
EDIT: their reply is trying to make it seem as though I'm upset that they couldn't make a diagnostic from a physical exam. This is not the case. I'm upset that they were already doing bloodwork and chose to not include hyperthyroidism in that blood test when she had all the symptoms for it and instead pushed for an ultrasound first. Once those results came back negative then suddenly the doctor realized she had all the symptoms for hyperthyroidism.
Also none of this excuses the incompetence of the staff to not call when they hold her for 7 hours without notifying me.
This place wants your money first and cares about your pet second. I stand by what I say do not trust Dr. Mann with your pets and go elsewhere.
TLDR; place cares about money over your pets wellbeing and none of the front are capable of making calls and updating you.
