Honestly just feels like a scam. Never have I ever had to deal with so many issues at a vet hospital. First off they prescribed wrong medication on several different occasions for my kitten at the time who was very sick. Then I had a dog with very bad ear infection. The vet bills came out to $300+ and the medication didn't work. I ended up taking my kitten back to them because they messed up on medication and my kitten passed away on their watch. Then my dogs ear infection never cleared up and they charged me another $300 for medications and didn't offer any discounts or anything on their behalf from their own mistakes. Also wait times/parking are horrible even with an appointments. Very sad to see a business in the animal field take advantage of their customers like this.

same issues previous 1 star people had. never gave me my medical report for my pup until i called multiple times and stated i've never had such an issue at other vets before. receptionists are not knowledgeable or friendly. the actual exam from the vet was very subpar, he doesn't know how to greet dogs or handle dogs. vets should be caring to sick animals not just yanking them all around. i don't feel like my pup was cared for in the best way so we will not be returning. incorrect comment from vet. save your money and time and go to a better vet!

Wow! We were on the hunt for a new vet after many terrible experiences. So I came in with low expectations. I am shocked with how incredible our experience was here. First, rather than having us wait in the lobby with our dog, which would give him anxiety, when we arrived we called them and let them know we were in the parking lot, and they called us as soon as our room was ready. We were able to just walk right into our room and immediately be seen without a wait. The tech and vet were very friendly and clear about their advice. They treated our dog with respect and patience as he was clearly anxious. Our bill at the end was incredibly reasonable. They never tried to offer services for unnecessary things. The only critique, if I had to choose something, was we didn't know what the cost of the vaccines would be before they were given to our dog. But they ended up being incredibly affordable! We will 100% be back!

Fortunately my kitten received the proper care and treatment else where and survived. If you're looking for a vet who says "there's not much we can do" when it comes to your dying pets- Look no further!

Woodcrest staff was extremely pleasant. they were very informative and helpful in getting our teacup yorkie in right away and getting her in for same day surgery. I will take all of our pups to them going forward.

I get times are difficult with no one wanting to work. But, come on. If doctors really were "not showing up" like the office staff tells people walking in, they would go out of business. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Even the reviews on Facebook are scary. I see them all the time in our Woodcrest pages. My dog was hurting and I wanted to get her help quick so even knowing what we did, we went here and they lived up to their reputation. Go here instead: Arlington Animal Hospital Butchko Animal Emergency Clinic-Grand Terrance

I had to take my girl Daisy there yesterday. She was about 12 years old (a rescue). She apparently had a stroke on Sunday and was in pretty bad shape. She didn't even recognize me or the family. The staff was amazing. So caring and compassionate, especially Elaina (?). They helped her to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I miss her so much but I know she is playing with her friends. Thank you all. I highly recommend this clinic for you pet needs. I just hope you don't need the same service Daisy did.

Yesterday I took my 12 yr old Weimaraner in thinking I was going to have to let her go.......she was in bad shape. The girls took her in immediately and Dr. Mann monitored her throughout the day calling me a minimum of three times with updates and questions. She ended p having an infection in her lungs and needs antibiotics and some steroids for her legs that were giving out. I am so thankful to still have my girl with me able to spend more time with her. It was pricey for sure but when I broke it down with all that was done the rates for each item were very reasonable...it just adds up. They were caring, sympathetic and empathetic in the care of my girl. I am so glad I took her in and highly recommend. I AM a past patient of Woodcrest and have had some issues but it seems they finally have the right doctors and the right staff to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. KUDOS to all of you! Keep it up!

Been going here for yrs. Called today to find out when and cost involved to find out if my dog is pregnant. This kind of procedure to me seems routine and quotable. ( 5 other vets have given me costs involved). (Ultrasound/x-ray) However, I was told I had to have an office visit before they could tell me. I was just trying to find out at what gestation age the puppies would need to bring her in for a ultra soundto see if she was pregnant and cost And also the gestation age the puppies would she would need to be to have x-rays and cost to see how many puppies she had. It isn't like I need drugs for her or a diagnosis just basic questions and prices. I would expect set services would have set prices. Transparency would equal trust with me. I miss Dr. Verault.

****RED FLAG**** I came in last week with an 8 week old kitten that has diarrhea and will not eat. Same day appointment was available and the fees are reasonable for the area. Paid for Rx food, probiotics, labs, and diarrhea meds. Nobody called me regarding the lab results so I had to chase down the results at the office. Whatever answered the phone when I called and asked for my results legit told me "The results are no". Ummmmm No what?! Obviously I had to ask for more information but was advised literally "nothing is wrong with the kitten". I asked her then to "please ask the vet how I should treat this kitten right now because it isn't eating the food he gave me and it has explosive diarrhea and the medication he gave me does not work at all and this kitten is dying." It's been days, not a soul has contacted me regarding my messages. This clinic is clearly only about the $$$$money$$$$. The vet doesn't give 2 sheets whether my kitten lives or dies. He got his money.... And I've got a dying kitten surviving off calorie paste. Go somewhere where they care. This is insane.

I came in as a walk-in because my dog Misty was in pain and our regular veterinarian could not see her for two weeks. The office said they were fully booked but the front desk was so sweet and offered to squeeze her in. I got a call from the vet after a few hours explaining what the issue was. He was kind, thorough, explained everything, had a thoughtful treatment plan and was very personable. I got another call when she was ready for pickup. The price I was originally quoted was even less upon pickup and the staff answered all of my additional questions with warmth and smiles. This is definitely our new veterinarian. I love when a business treats you like family and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Would highly recommend!

I would just like to say i'm so forever grateful for this place. my little girl, olive, got a foxtail stuck in her eye. (i didn't know at the time). An animal hospital tried charging me over $900 to figure out what was wrong with her. I'm in my 20s, struggling to make ends meet. I was devastated at this price. I called a few places & thankfullly woodcrest clinic was able to get me in SAME DAY! figured out the problem, quickly, and did the procedure. $300. I cried & thanked them. Everyone was so welcoming and caring for my girl.
