This Wells Fargo branch and actually most Wells Fargo branches have no sense of urgency. They do not care about the customers time. They are mostly friendly when you can finally get to a teller. But the time factor and no sense of urgency plagues the quality of their customer service.

Rude ugly Hispanic lady that has her desk closest to the exit door is so unhelpful and didn't care about my account I only asked for one thing she's dramatic and made it seem like it was too much for her to do. Mayra handled the situation pretty quickly??

All five stars for Mayra Chavez I drive further to come to this specific location because of her she makes the whole difference always going out of her way for every customer she helps, always following up when she says she will and going the extra mile to help in every single way possible. Mayra helps in situations when other bankers would just turn you away. I would travel hours if need be because I know she will make my time worth it and provide the best customer service possible. Thank you Mayra I wish there were many more representatives like you

Well Mayra Chavez does.

After waiting about 20-25 mins in line I finally made it to the teller. Horrible service. I left extremely upset because it’s the day after Labor Day and they had two people on staff. The third gentleman (teller) finally showed up and tried helping me out. I let him know I needed a wire transfer because I am purchasing a home. He was not able to be of any help. He said I needed to do it online. I asked if he could walk me through it but he could not. I wanted to be helped and get paperwork printed rather than a PDF on my phone; if not I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas money to make it into this bank location. They were not suitable to assist me in the process of my wire transfer because they were “fully booked” with bankers to sit down with yet no one else was there. I will no longer be banking with WELLS FARGO. The tellers should be trained to help in these important matters or they should have more people staffed and prepared for days after the holidays.

Came to open a separate checking account with my grandmother as she is a Wellsfargo customer. Mind you my grandmother is 77 years old can’t drive and doesn’t remember her password to her online account. For that reason I scheduled an appointment with Wellsfargo to open the checking account so I can help her organize her financials. I was hoping we can be seen early so we got there 30min early which in time we were seen at our scheduled time. The banker didn’t seem very nice and looked at my grandmother and walked away another banker came over and said sorry for the delay and will be helped soon. So we were helped by the first banker and straight to the point I expressed our concerns with my grandmother checking account and her online banking was disabled we needed verification by the banker and my grandmother. During the process the banker dismissed me several time telling me I’m not on her account and I can’t view her online banking I repeated myself several times and explained “I understand and I’m helping her and she gave me authorization so please help her and stop dismissing me” the banker kept giving slight smirk and continues with the process. We were almost finished and the branch manager came over and asked the banker “why is there a customer waiting and haven’t been helped” the banker replied “oh, well these people I’m helping have an appointment” the branch manager looked puzzled and told the banker we are not on her schedule. The banker looked frantic “I’m almost done” the banker was rushing to finish our account and told me “so we are running behind and I have another client waiting” I was looking at her and thinking to myself well that’s my problem you don’t know how to prioritize your day. She called another client during our session and rudely said “yes we’ll I’m running late I need you to come in at 4pm” looking at me with disparity. I told my self keep your cool it’s almost finished. As the banker was about to excuse us I told her “wait a minute you still haven’t helped my grandmothers online banking. The banker looked so upset and laughed off the awkward moment “you see this number on your folder that’s the number to online banking they can help you” I told her “ oh no I’m not doing this with you, and explained to her she had to the call them and verify my grandmothers identity over the phone because they told us to make sure we were present with a banker”
She grabbed the phone and said “oh well I can call them for you” after I told her what was told to me so it was obvious didn’t want to finish her job. My poor grandmother had to use the bathroom and I told the banker forget it and left. FYI if you don’t want to finish your job maybe you should find another profession. Never coming back here again. So disappointed with the service

Absolutely the worst excuse for a bank on planet earth. Why anyone banks here defies all logic. Rude, refuse to assist, require long appointments weeks out to talk to you and still won't assist you. Branch refuses to answer the phone. 100% WORTHLESS!, staffed with brain dead troglodydets!

I made an appointment online for Nov 1 at 2 pm. At 10 am, I got a message asking me to communicate with Lisa, I called and she tried to help me through the phone and I explained I spent 1 hour and 23 min with a banker online and she told me I needed to go to a branch, she told me she had a lot of appointments today and I have 30 min to resolve my situation. I had a surgery a week ago, I’m not in conditions to go and I’m going because this is a important matter, if it something I would resolve by phone I would do it, but I can’t. It’s rude, I’m been a customer for 14 years and I have to cancel my account because lack of employees to help you when you need it. I spent 40 min in another branch yesterday and there was only one person to help all customers, and he told me, he can help me because he had appointments all day

Came to this office twice to open up a business account. The first time they told me to open it up online because they were busy. So I thought I would go Saturday morning to get my questions answered. I went in early morning and it wasn't that packed. I sat in the designated sitting area to get help and for 30 minutes not one person approached me including the lady sitting at the front /first desk. What a disappointment.

Had to replace my card due to theft. I went to my local Wells Fargo to take out money I'll need until I receive my new card. The teller (Darlena) went far and above her job requirements to help me out. From downloading an app to teaching me how to use my phone as a "card". Simply Amazing customer service!

I havent set foot in a Wells Fargo bank in ages! I had an insurance check to cash and went to the bank the check was issued through. Jessica helped me and was an absolute delight! She made me contemplate opening an account with them, because she was so sweet and friendly. Her professionalism too was outstanding! I can honestly say her positivity had me nearly "skipping" out the door to my car. Lol. Way to go Wells Fargo! You definitely chose one stellar teller! Thank you Jessuca for brightening my day!

Had an appointment scheduled at 11 am and time was not respected. I waited 35 minutes and still was not seen. Different bank locations respect their scheduled times.
