Been a member of Wells Fargo for years and have loved their service. Sadly yesterday I didn't have a great experience. Navy veteran here, went to deposit my monthly check at 12 pm.
The employee who looked like she was a manager made multiple remarks about doing this on my phone at home instead of coming in.
She refuses to take the check because it was written for 5/01/24. Never had problems depositing checks before the date. So it struck me as odd.
Left with my check and deposited it over the phone when I got to my truck without issues. Even being able to go to the ATM and get the cash I needed.
The only thing that's been on my mind is does Wells Fargo have something against Veterans or are ok with employees that might have issues with them?

This bank is by far the worst. They have no fraud protection program for customers. It's a lie. My daughter just got her account compromised. I came with her just to hear from myself. What they were going to do for her what they can do for her and they're fraud department is a joke. Pretty much. They're not there to help you. They're, they're really there to determine whether or not. It was you or you loved ones actually committing the fraud. Once they have that figured out? It's go to the police department now. So that's your customer protection program. All the while she is screwed out of her money..

One of the most pathetic braches in southern California. Both you and the bank of America across the street compete to see who can be the worst.Long lines. Always closed. Prefer to have 20min convos with customers instead of just making the transaction. Change phone numbers if yall really like eachother that much. For the man and woman that work there and drive the white and darker tesla yall get extremely comfortable after work together. Make sure your spouses know about that "extra" time you have to stay after.

These people offered no help with my situation and wouldn't even look into the problem I needed resolved and refused to answer any questions regarding my paperwork. On top on that relied on me to help out another customer

Severely understaffed for tellers. Lots of management walking around aimlessly while lines stay long and unattended. This security guy is chill tho ??

I cringe every time I have to go to Wells Fargo for change for the business! Business' do not get any special line or treatment anymore and I only come in to provide change for my customers and we have a thin staff at the store so the wait is always excruciating just for a few hundred dollars change!! It's not brain surgery!

ATMs are usually broken or out of money. Not to mention the super rude security and they never have enough people working so if you do go inside you will wait forever. Just close it down already!

Do not come to this location, there are never enough employees or cashiers, the line to be served is long and it takes a long time..

Never enough staff. It’s great that the store was re-modeled but maybe allocate some money to payroll. And the staff does not work with a sense of urgency for the amount of traffic it sees on a daily basis.

Jorge Daniel Gutierrez was no help today to try to get my deceased father account in order for my disabled step mother. You would think he would Atleast say sorry for your loss or offer some kind of condolences. Great person to represent your company.

No Money at the Bank? I go to the drive-through ATM. The machine says no money's available. That's all right because I just need to deposit cash. When I select that option, the machine tells me I can't deposit money either. I back up and pull up to the second of two ATMs. Same deal. Can't do anything. So I drive around to the other ATMs, where you have to get out of your car. You can't get any money from those either. You can deposit money, which is all I need to do. Still, you should be able to get money from ATMs. The last Wells Fargo ATM I went to in Anaheim Hills also had no money. Get it together Wells Fargo.
