My husband and I appreciate the awesome customer service this place provides! Thanks to Joe, Chris and the other friendly guys who helped with our purchases! We ordered guns on Saturday. We were told they might come in Tuesday/ Wednesday and they came on Tuesday, as promised. We are completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The store was easy to find and comfortable being in. It was easy to get a hold of them over the phone too during their business hours. We got a great deal too. We recommend this store.

I was looking for a shop that does Cerakote because my FFL said it takes additional licenses, I stumbled upon W1 another hidden gem of a shop. If there's a shop that's supportive of not only your addiction to pew-pew, Chris is a creative visionary that can support and actually make your dream weapon your next reality weapon! I can't wait to cerakote a couple of projects... picked up a Savior Range bag and some Surefire full-feature items for my hungry AR-10 build. They will order parts for you if they're not in stock or on your build list...

Have DROS’d several firearms from these guys thru out the years. Everybody here has always been friendly and knowledgeable. It is my go to. Some places doing a dros wipes out an entire day off. Not with these guys. Same thing with pickups. They always have good quality stuff available and if they don’t have what you want they will order it. Which is pretty much the same things since we have the 10 day wait in Ca anyway. Solid staff great merch. Love & appreciate that they are picky about what brands of firearms they choose to sell also. They are more focused on quality as am I.

Honestly the overall experience wasn't too bad until I got home from picking up my new firearm. Upon reviewing my receipt I noticed that the agreed discounted price was deleted and swapped over with the standard retail pricing. No acknowledgement or reasoning as to WHY the agreed upon price wasn't honored. Don't want to negotiate pricing? Fine.....but don't lead customers to believing they're getting an item for a certain price, when they're not. I made the decision to take my business to a smaller arms shop in hopes of supporting my local community, but if this is the kind of treatment we're receiving then by all means save your time and go to Turner's/Sportsman's/etc. not like the staff is any less rude/arrogant here.
