The pharmacist is indeed very rude. My prescription was accidentally sent to the wrong store by my doctor and I gave a first call. The lady told me they would do the transfer. The second time I called, a guy picked up and said I had to call the other pharmacy and do this and that. I was confused because it sounded the Walgreens is able to do that internal transfer themselves (and it should be already taken care of) in the first call, but the opposite in the second call. I asked the guy if there is a technical reason that this Walgreens cannot call and do the transfer. He instead of answering this simple question, started to press “if you still want your medicine, call the other pharmacy! You know how many people are in the line now? I can’t just blablabla blablabla”. Man, if you can just say yes or no, you would have saved a few seconds. He tried to make me feel bad for keeping the people in the line but everyone knows who is really responsible for the slowness. This is so funny.

The pharmacist was very rude, and as far as service I have been asking for my medication since last year, but found out they never sent authorization just telling me to get doctor to write another prescription in which he did 3 times but they never did there part. I am a senior and I feel I should be treated with better service and respect.

Waiting in line for 40 mins. Some old woman cuts in front of everyone and asks for a refill on medication she lost. Guess some of us are more important than others.

I was returning items i ordered thru the app and they can only process one because they said it's not in their system even if im showing it to them that i have the order number thru my app and they ket on asking me for a paper receipt when i told them i ordered thru the app, so how am i gonna get a paper receipt and then i was okay that they refunded one item but then when i got home the card that they gave me don't have anything on it, they just cancel the return on that card where they gave the refund but they have the item back.

Walgreens is my fave to go and get pictures printed and medicine and snacks. I noticed that the one of the employees there looks very sad and probably overworked or who knows but all I can say is Walgreens give him a RAISE I believe his name was Armando. He was multitasking trying to help some customers at the kiosk and others at the picture center to pay for the pictures you pick up.

workers are very rude especially the manger. he was very upset at the other worker for simply asking for help. DO NOT COME HERE. not worth your time.

It takes a little bit of time to to pick up your photos. There isn't always someone at the register. I pick up my prescription that's there and it's usually not too busy when you walk in.

The staff at the pharmacy don't do their job very well. Super long wait times every time. Went in to get a shot for some family members and I and after making me go through all the paperwork and waiting over an hour after my appointment (not even a walk-in), they said the lady that checked me in didn't make sure they had the shot my family members needed. But none of the other employees double checked either. Unacceptable behavior.

Michelle is completely rude and unprofessional. People need to understand what customer service is before they are hired.I would have given a one star review but luckily Laura was very polite and kind to me. Thank her!

My husband and I went to the 10992 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, CA store to pick up some antibiotic ointment and asked to use the restroom. They refused to let us use them, claiming they were too dirty to use. Some lazy workers need to be fired.

I do not know what happened this Walgreens, but their service level has gone way down. My experience was I received a notification that my prescription was ready for pickup and when I arrived, they couldn't find it. My wife had the same experience today with them?!? There have been other issues as well with staff just not caring about the level of service they give. I do not know if they are short staffed and overworked but it definitely shows. It may be time to go elsewhere.

Three Walgreens denied me from picking up my prescription after being released from the hospital for blood clots and pain because I live in Atlanta I came here to visit I was told by several workers here that I had to leave here and go back to ATL to the Walgreens there to get my medicine.
But what I don't understand , if I'm in the Walgreens system and CVS there system the system should be the same, so why can't I pick up my medicine in the State where I was released from?
Another thing Fam, why didn't they make sure I had my medication before the release of me if they knew I would not be able to use my insurance here to get my medicine. ,
NOW they are saying if I want my medicine I have to pay almost 2,000 out of pocket to get my medicine, Who would tell someone to drive or fly with blood clots when the Nurse has said it is NOT good to do either .
Warning for anyone that travels to California to visit I can't say healthy because life happens and sickness sometimes comes unaware, Please make sure you are not alone just In case you get sick you have someone to drive you to your STATE because they will NOT release your medicine unless you pay out of pocket at Walgreens or CVS, they don't care if you are dying they want you to pay out of pocket ever if you are half dead are alive.
Just keeping it real , I had a friend pass away last year dealing with a hospital and blood clots, but who cares?
People are dying everyday because they can't get their medications that are needed to heal . For those who are religious I know by his stripes we are healed but GOD also works through Doctors , Nurses and scientists to help in the healing process,
Pray for those who are sick Fam, especially those that are in the hospital, jail , homeless sick sleeping on the streets of each state in the United States .
