The customer service here is terrible! Especially in the pharmacy! They’re so rude! I went in to ask about the status of my prescription because I had just left the emergency room. When I asked, the lady asked me if I had just left the hospital then proceeded to tell me it takes an hour before it shows in their system. Before I could thank her for her help, she rudely walked away. After I arriving home, fifteen minutes later, I received an email stating my prescription was ready for pickup. I tried to call to make sure before I go back. The same lady answered, “Walgreens, how can I help you,” and abruptly put me on hold. Each time the call would go back to the dial tone, they would pickup and put me right back on hold. Such disgusting behavior.

I went through the drive thru to pick-up my prescription and I actually had no wait... It was fantastic. Normally, I'm waiting behind 5 or more cars for a long time...

PHARMACIST WORKERS VERY RUDE!! i got a txt order was ready at 3:48pm i get there when theyre taping/closing drive through mind you im calling to find out what happend (my throat was swallon) can barely walk had taken my baby got down and they were helping someone else and this rude worker said were closed i said injust got a txt and she just brushed me off. How simple to just give ke my meds, she was literally helping someone else. I hope she reads this and sees that if she doesnt like her job she needs to not work there!! Ridicula ppl are so sick i was a mess with my baby in arms and the person outside said all pharmacys were closed at 4 i called the walgreens on sierra&cottonwood the pharmacist said go head and go and got my medicine. I can stand how they act like helping in not to their reach they were helping someone else.. id understand if it was closed but come one...

I have always preferred Walgreens, for their personal touch. When my wife and I were caring for my mother in her 80’s and 90’, Walgreens would go the extra mile to help and when mama passed at age 95, the manager called us to extend condolences. Since I’ve been working with Walgreens #2712 I have to say they are Outstanding! The Manager Ahmed A., is so professional and takes time to review and answer any questions. They are busy like all Pharmacies are but always Fast and Friendly. As a business owner, and having 2 children in healthcare, I greatly respect Ahmed’s level of competence and care, in such a demanding field.

Came in at 8PM and was told the prescriptions would be ready at 9:58PM. Pretty specific time. I came back at 10:38PM and was told they would need another 15-20 minutes to get them ready. ?

I've been coming here all the time after work at 1 am and they have had there doors locked for 2 days straight at this same time for some reason.. they are supposed to be open. I'm not ever coming back to this store I'll go across town to cvs on Adams from now on...

Don’t wasted your time at this location, bad and slow pharmacy service, I came to pick up med in the 3am . They told me to wait 1 hours, 60 precription ahead of me ,that was too ridiculous

Do not go here !! Pharmacy is so slow and unorganized , they told me my medication would be done at a certain time I came to pick up and still needed to wait over an hour for my medication. I have been here twice each time it’s worse ! Never again ! Waste of time !

Worst place to go for baby medicine. Everything was wipe clean and empty in the baby section. Needed baby Telynol at 3am in the morning when my infant son had a fever. Had to leave this place which supposably convenient and traveled to a 24hr Hospital pharmacy across town instead. What a damn shame of this Walgreens. 0/10 rating.

This pharmacy sucks! They take forever, inside & drive thru. Employees will see you waiting & go on about their day until they feel like coming to the window. Some customer service. EXTREMELY SLOW, NO SENSE OF URGENCY

Both bathrooms say out of order but watched an employee go in to use one. Being pregnant thought this was messed up can’t even use the bathroom but the employees can and they can put out of order in the doors.

Called pharmacy to see if they offered TB testing and they didn’t know. I was transferred over to I don’t know how many staff members, had me on hold so I just hung up. They have people working that have no clue what type of services they offer :/

Been waiting on the pharmacy to answer the phone the staff will answer and tell you that there's 3 calls ahead of you even though you've been waiting for an hour and each time e I've gone to pick up my prescription they tell me to come back in 15 min. Even after they told me it would be ready that's just other days today I've been hung up on 2 times and don't get to speak to anyone . Very frustrating.
