Look at the reviews. Send your prescriptions to CVS on Market St. Walgreens Pharmacy is horrible .this one specifically. Employees never answer the phone. Put you on hold forever. They do not do their due diligence for their customers pertaining to prescriptions. You will be on hold forever.

This is the filthiest Walgreens I've ever seen in my life. Right at the entrance there are discarded cereal boxes, shoes, underwear, and vomit. I know California pays for homelessness, but the employees need to clean this place up.

Perhaps if there were more staff members, the process of waiting in line and obtaining our medications and prescriptions would be considerably more efficient and less time-consuming.
But for now, I'm giving this rating a 1.

Been on hold for 30 minutes and all the y do is put it back on hold and never pick up! It's 5pm. Smh

Same horrible service. Went to pick up a rx my Dr sent and after standing in line for long periods of time for them to tell me it hasn't been filled. I contacted my Dr and he's been dealing with this pharmacy for almost a week with back and forth. He said his wait times on hold were over 45 minutes each time during patients. I called Walgreens to see if the rx has been filled and they rudely put you on hold and at times don't even say anything and continue to put you on hold. Worse service ever !

Lack of products. Prices on shelf are not mark right, they ring up higher at cash register. Watch out for that.

Need to use pharmacy. Staff will continuously put you on hold even after you wait your turn. Staff tries to reject your insurance card over the phone so that they don't have to fill your prescription. Bad attitude and poor customer service.

Never believe pharmacy workers, they seem to only give misinformation. I never get my prescription in a timely manner (3 hour lines). Even when I call ahead, the prescription isn’t ready at the time they tell you. You wait in line then wait again for them to get your medication ready.
I have called my prescription refill to be picked up the next day and the person said I can stop by tomorrow as intended. Next day, the pharmacy says my medication is actually out of stock and to try again in a couple days.
Another time I called ahead at 4 pm and they said they’d have my prescription ready by 7:30 pm and they’d TEXT me when ready. I was skeptical since I haven’t gotten texts before, so I confirmed by asking if I should just come at 7:30 pm or if I’d get a text. The person on the phone told me to just wait for the text. I NEVER GOT THE TEXT. I called and the robot voice said my prescription was ready. Never believe pharmacy workers, they are unhelpful and seem to only give misinformation.

pharmacy is severely understaffed, the wait time is at least 15 minutes. yelp is making my review match their minimum number of characters

The employees are the absolute worst. The pharmacy is alright. Overall I’m not surprised this Walgreens’ rating is at 2 stars, they deserve less.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever been to, every time I come it's like they take their sweet time or try to find something else to do besides help a guest the line is always long and always somebody with a nasty attitude I recommend CVS they move a lot faster and a lot better and helpful and also don't call you weeks later on how to use a new medication after ignoring u about it at the window when giving it to you
