I called 10 times in the last 3 days to just get hung up on every time by an automated voice. Can't even wait for 20 minutes to speak to an underpaid pharm tech. Their profits were up 192% from same quarter last year. They have no incentive to answer the phone I guess.

Trash Walgreens from the staff to the waiting lines to the disrespect. Multi million business but service is worse than any service I've ever dealt with.

Takes 50 minutes just to wait in the car drive thru for your medication. They need to hire more people or pay them more so people actually show up because this is Ridiculous

Seems like there is only one person working each time I come in. If this was not the closest place for my FedEx I would not even bother coming here. Also they accept packages for delivery and rarely mark it as received. Thus meaning my packages are constantly pending delivery days after it was expected. Can blame workers for shortages but it might help if supervisors came to help as well to get people checked out and also help with products.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Not only are they extremely slow, the lack of communication, care and knowledge is insane. I have given this location several chances and each time I have been disappointed. I would rather driver further and go somewhere I know I’ll be in and out in reasonable time and receive decent service than ever use this pharmacy again.

Incompetent staff in pharmacy. Don't ever expect them to let you know if your prescription is ready or any sort of update on it. Call wait times are ridiculous. & they'll mess up on your prescription, making you wait all over again.

I do not recommend this location to anyone. It is impossible to get medication in a timely manner at this location.- One hour wait in line at the pharmacy.- Once you get to the front of the line, you are consistently told to come back later because the medication is never ready.- The app was not helpful for me to get in the express lane. When filling my prescription on the app, it would send my request but then require me to call the pharmacy to get the prescription ready.- Unfortunately, they are unreliable over the phone. Wait times vary and calls drop. Sometimes after waiting 10-15 minutes they would hang up on me and I would have to call again, then wait another 30 minutes before anyone picked up.

Why is Walgreens management or headquarters? Not seeing all these posts. Why isn't somebody reviewing their yelp reviews. I was on the phone over an hour yesterday. Trying to get through to the pharmacy mostly to prove a point, but they kept picking up and put me on hold, picking up putting me on hold, so I called the front Desk and they just transfer me to the pharmacy no help whatsoever. I'm walking in today with my phone on while I'm calling them so they can see what the hell they do to us. Waiting for 2 1/2 days for a prescription refill that is very important and I need it for my health but they don't care.

This Pharmacy is horrible! They need to hire more people to get people their prescriptions! You will be in line for 30+ minutes. Do yourself a favor and Take your prescriptions somewhere else.

Absolutely HORRIBLE pharmacy staff! Stood in line for over 30 minutes so have complications by them running the wrong insurance provider. Had to come back. Drive thru waited 45 minutes ! Just for them not able to help me. Back again next day. Still waiting in line to see someone. Don't come here. Go to CVS or Riteaid please !

I never post review unless it’s extremely bad or good. So my doctor prescribed me new meds for Friday. I go there to pick up my medicine on Saturday thinking it must be ready. First red flag, they are closed in the time when they were supposed to be done with their lunch. I get it, I myself have worked as a pharmacy technician trainee for CVS so I could totally understand they helped people so couldnt take lunch. But they could post that in the window. They didnt post it. I run into store employee ask them why its closed when they its 2:10. Another red flag the employee in high tone says me oh they are humans they took their break. I am like I can understand but why cant they post a note there. When I worked for cvs we wrote notes so costumers knew what was happening. Then I come back at 330 thinking the line would be short. Again I wait 45 minutes to realize they needed my insurance so they couldnt refill. I still was like how long do I wait. They said 40 min. I had lot of chores. I said would it be ready tomorrow morning. She said absolutely you come early at 10. Your medicine must be ready. Next morning which is today. I go there thinking my meds is ready. I wait in the line 45 minutes again cause people came there by 930. So there was already a line. Still I waited okay let me just wait and take the medicine. Then, the technician said, your prescription is not ready. I said, you guys told me to come pick it up by 10 yesterday. She said its ready by 11. It was 1045 then, I said oh if I wait 15 more minutes will be ready. She then goes on and be like no not anymore. Probably because I got upset and my tone wasnt nice anymore. She then says we will send you text when its ready. I said why not make it after 15 minutes. She says, your turn is in 200th right now we are in 64 sth. I am like why did you waste my time and driving then? Then she says its not me who said that. She says cant you see we are short staff. I am a very patient person and me myself have worked as costumer representative so I would never higher my tone. But what they did is UNACCEPTABLE. If you cant work as a pharmacy properly then why is your store even open. Then you have a weird way of talking costumers. People come there to pick up medicine because they are sick already. This is totally unacceptable. If you can dont ever go to this pharmacy. I am telling you not because I am a rude person but I am a person who has so much patience. I had to post this cause I lost my patience. Their costumer service is what gives them such low score. Everyone is busy like them they need to understand that plus dont give promises if you cant make it.

Waited almost 2 hours for a booster shot lol
