The four stars is only because it's a comparatively small pharmacy who needs to have certain drugs transferred in, from-time-to-time. Otherwise, the service is great!Keep in mind, reader: Pricing is determined by the contract at the corporate level. Use your insurance provider and/or a pharmacy coalition (think "GoodRx") to show you the cheapest locations for each drug. It will never be a situation where all of your prescriptions are the lowest price at any one pharmacy. You need to do your due diligence!

Ok this place has the most delicious and affordable pre-made section of oven ready meals in the very front of the store. Seriously, it's amazing. I get sauteed mushrooms with melted blue cheese, spaghetti squash with pesto and parmesan, butternut squash with pepitas and cheese, stuffed zucchini with chicken, etc.

Maria at the deli was so helpful today. We bought a premade sandwich to take to the beach. She was very friendly and talkative. She asked how we were going to cut up our sandwich when we got to the beach. She offered to precut it and prepared a baggie with condiments, napkins and silverware. She went above and beyond great customer service!

Hello good morning ! I have been to this grocery store three times and I love it! Good variety of food ! Always clean at this location ! Not bad parking !! I love coming here how ever some of the workers are not soooo great. Today at 9:55 am at checkout this lady in black her hair was brown in a bun and she had like a glittery lanyard. She looked pretty young I wanna say late 20s early 30s .She was nice to the guy before us and ignored my husband and I when we said "good morning how's your day !" This African American gentleman came to bag our groceries and he asked if one of the bags was ours and the cashier snagged the bag out of his hands very aggressively and the gentleman looked at me confused and was like "what did I do ?" I was appalled by this behavior!!!! Idk if she's a worker or a manager but my husband is of color and we are both tattooed and we felt very judged on how we looked and I honestly feel that this woman was racist. the guy she was super nice to before us was white. I've worked customer service for 8 years and never in my life would I treat anybody so poorly like this woman did. Just a heads up!

Customer Service: 4 stars. Many employees are nice. They have self checkout and also a Starbucks inside. Prices: 2.5-3 stars. Average to kinda high. However, they sometimes have good sales and combine with their $5 off in their app, not bad of a deal. Sometimes you have to clip a coupon in their app though to get the special price (but then these Buy 5, save $5 or clipped offers often give me problems as they usually don't come off at checkout). Location: Easy to find and convenient as it's very close to the freeway. Parking is ok. There are many spots with a little bit of a walk but this is a very busy plaza with Chase bank and other restaurants so can take a while to get in and out of the area.

I really do have a love/hate relationship with this grocery store. I love all the food items they have from the produce to the hot deli. The cakes in the bakery section are awesome. Now the service on the other hand can be hit or miss. Sometimes items are labeled wrong in the hot deli section and you get charged more. I have learned to check the printed out labels before check out. Good selection on the chilled wines and champagne and I do love it has every option from high end to less expensive. My one issue with the store is the long lines at check out. Anytime after work and Friday nights plan to wait in line for a long time. This place is never a quick in and out. The employees are very nice and I try to only come early in the mornings on a weekend when it is not busy.

Stopped by Vons on March 28th, 2023 to grab a starbucks. I decided that since I hadn't eaten yet and it was going on 11:00 a.m. I was going to grab a sandwich from the deli next to the Starbucks kiosk. First I had to wait a couple of minutes because there was no employee there. The gentleman preparing the Asian food didn't speak up and let anybody know a customer was waiting either. Finally somebody comes from some area in the back to come and help me. I told her I would like the turkey and havarti sandwich which is a grilled hot sandwich. I only wanted mayonnaise and mustard on it.First she holds up a bag of white bread and asks me "is it just plain bread that's used?" I told her "I don't know, I don't work here... you do." This had been my first time in Vons and well over a year so an employee asking me how to do their job really irked me to start.Then she said there was no havarti cheese (hello!! If this is your station why isn't it prepped?!) and she takes off for about 8 minutes with my sandwich partially made. There is havarti cheese sitting right in front of her but she bypassed it because it's mixed in with the Swiss and the provolone but the cheese is separated. When she finally comes back I point to the havarti cheese.Then she tells me the oven isn't on. I'm freaking out cuz I have to get back to my son's appointment who is having a procedure done and he wasn't allowed to eat before this procedure which means I wasn't allowed to eat. So my sugar is dropping and I just need some food in my stomach. At no point is this lady communicating with me and I'm assuming because there's a language barrier. She comes off like she predominantly speaks Spanish with mixed in with a little bit of small words in english. At this point I'm annoyed I've already drank my entire Starbucks drink waiting on a sandwich that should have been prepared in under 5 minutes and I'm going on 15 minutes with no sandwich. I walk and go get the manager or ask to speak to a manager who walks back with me. At this point the lady throws my sandwich in the oven. My only thing is it doesn't look like it's the correct oven. Anytime I've ordered the sandwich it has been put on some type of press to grill both sides. The lady hurries up wraps a sandwich and basically tosses it at me with some weak apology. The manager was kind enough to comp me the sandwich and gave me a bag of chips as well. Thank you for that I appreciate it. My issue was it's going on 11:00am and your station is not ready to go. Not only that this person does not seem like they are experienced in Sandwich making if you're asking the customer how to prepare the sandwich, The employee also did not even know what sandwich I wanted. I literally had a point to the giant sign above her what sandwich I wanted. Your oven should have already been on by 11:00 in the morning. And I know there's going to be some lame excuse like being short staffed as usual but it's really frustrating to see this post covid world where nobody cares about doing their job correctly anymore There is no way I should have spent 15 minutes waiting on a sandwich and being asked how to make a sandwich that only needed mayonnaise and mustard on it.And remember how I told you the lady hurried up and wrapped up my sandwich and tossed it at me?? Well these are the two pictures. One is a grilled turkey and havarti sandwich that I ordered which shows toasted bread. And the other one is the one I got which was a soggy warm nasty sandwich that went straight into the trash after the first bite. I am so glad I did not pay for this because I would have been contacting my bank for a full refund. Please train your staff how to do their job properly and cross train your staff how to do other people's jobs properly in the event of somebody calling off of work.Thank you Starbucks for making me a great drink.

My dad forgot his phone, and one of the customers left it at the front. I was on hold for a while to get in touch with customer service to make sure they had the phone and the first customer service representative that answered my phone call at 12:40pm Friday Feb. 24th answered for one second, then immediately hung up on me. I called again for help, had to stay on hold again -- same person answered, she barely answered my question, then put my on hold yet again. Really fun way to spend my lunch break -- customer service is truly dead. The next person who answered was more helpful. I would have added a second star for that person, but the first was just one star worthy. My dad

Parking not difficult to find. EV charging available. Not so crowded atmosphere inside. Clean and aisles clearly direct to products display. Prices clearly tagged. Starbucks coffee shop and US bank inside store. Men, women restroom with coded entry door. Accommodating staff.

I did what Ms Dawn M said and no one contacted me. Since this is my last day working in the area, I was forced to go back into the same Vons for a latte. I thought maybe they just had 2 grumpy workers the last time I went there. Thought to give them another try. A Hispanic male barista was behind the counter. I said my "good morning" and ordered my drink. It's like he either hated his job, hated to do the work too early or just typical THIS Vons attitude. Very COLD. He was non responsive and worked like a robot. I'm sure there are probably nicer workers here but the ones I ran into are opposite. So sad that they had to hire unfriendly people and I'm so glad this is my last day here (working in the area for 4 days) that I won't have to go into this store anymore.

Deli is horrible. Poor customer service. if you want poor customer service. Why advertise you can pick 1 entrees and 2 sides but refused the order even though it's on the hot case as a sticker smh.

I shop at this location regularly and never had a problem with any one. JoJo, is my favorite cashier. I was shopping there on a Friday and bought a Boston Cream pie but when they packed it it got ruined so I get back on line and they told to get another one, when I was leaving the store this very rude employee by the name of Lydia, starts to check my bags and said, did you pay for the cake, she did not ask for a receipt she assumed I stole it and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I reported incident to the manager. Now, every time I go shopping there she gives me dirty looks and makes shopping there very uncomfortable.
